Graphic era university for transforming dream's into reality

So I'm doing bcom hons IFA with ACCA as this course provides a huge international exposure as an charted accountant and is valid in more than 300 + countries. So graphic era provides us with lot of practical work rather than notes and all. The course is so helpful and good that it doesn't need any improvement as we are getting 9 exemption out of 13 exams but we are also learning those 9 exempted exams which is very helpful.. The exam Timings and frequency is very liable and we can easily prepare for it on our own because in university your studies matters rather than the professors.

Graphic era by itself offers internship for the students during their holiday and provides a good amount for students need. I have not reached at that stage yet but as much as I know you have to give and interview and a test after that you are placed according to your skills even the students are placed for accounts, campus tour and many other things

From 5th semester students get eligible for campus placement Companies like Infosys, KPMG, De and Shaw company, Pnb , HDFC, Amazon, meesho, Google and Microsoft and many more visits graphic era for campus placement. Highest package offered was 54Lpa and the average package is of 12lpa Students who opt for placements all of them gets placed according to their skills and knowledge I'm planning to get a job after my degree and will think of doing an MBA if needed.

112250 is the fee for 1st semester from which 21200 will be removed as scholarship if you scored more than 80% in 12th and after that from next semester you will have to pay 78250 INR and for ACCA 22000 more per semester and if you score more than 7 cgpa you will get scholarship in all 6 semester , the overall fee for 1 year will be around 214000. The scholarships provided are : the official entrance exam scholarship, the academic scholarship and the girl child scholarship.

Grafest is the biggest cultural event of graphic era which is well known much part of country. There is a huge range of books in library even there are 3-4 libraries in the campus. There are smart boards and projectors which are used for teaching by the professors. There is a NCC teams in the university and there are lots of sport's events which held in university like basketball mathes , football match , boxing, kabbadi and many more sports which are paid attention in the university. There are students who are doing there own side business with the university.

So I have applied to many colleges and luckily got selected due to my percentage in 12th even I had scored a very Percentage in cuet and was able to make it there but I don't wanted to go to DU as I have heard a lot of class timings issue and the environment of that place. Graphic era only take addmission of students who have scored more than 60% marks and should be passed in every subject. They also takes an entrance exam for scholarship purpose and you will get scholarship according to your marks and percentage.

The faculty is very approachable even they themselves keep asking if we don't get it and tries there best to teach us . The exam system is very good the mid term exam is of 50 marks which is further given out of 25 and the end term is of 100 marks which is given out of 50 and 125 marks are for assignments, viva , practical and behaviour.

There is a gym in the campus which charges very minimal fee and there are almost 7-8 cafeterias in the campus which helps students to enjoy there cravings. The outing timings are till 8 pm no one can go out after this. The university is in Clement town which is one of the beautiful place in whole dehradun as this is an army cantt area it is well maintained and there is a Budha temple near the university which is famous hangout place near the university it is just 1-2kms near the university
