Likes
- Well educated faculty. All the faculty have either btech masters or phd degree from either IIT or NIT
- Provide sports facilites and it celebrate sports day and all.
- Average campus life not that great but kind of a average campus, not too big campus but it do have some greenary and noise free campus.
Dislikes
- Worst placement opportunities. This college have 10% placement rate .Literally no placement oppurtunites
- No clubs and great fests happen in this college. Yes fest happen here every year but not that great to be honest.
- Internship opportunities are not available . You have to be own dependent to fina an internship.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curiculum is provided by Jharkhand university of technology (JUT) . It is hard but you can pass the exam if you study well. It covers same subjects and courses as the other universities in india.
Internships Opportunities
It does not provide many internship oppurtunities . But what i got to know that it provide one internship at 4th or 3rd year for some students not for all . You have to find internship at your own . You can't just depend on college for internship.
Fees and Financial Aid
It is a PPP mode college . So There are two types of seat.The yearly fees of free seat is around 21000 while the yearly fees of payment seat is 71000. And yes it do provide e kalyan scholarship for sc st and obc category for the resident of jharkhand student.
Campus Life
It do have a technical fest happen every year. The name of fest is fanatik. Books are easily available in libarary and it is free for each and every student for free of cost. It has all minimun required technology but not too much of advance technology just the basics. Sports day and college leauges happen every year and it have some one or two clubs for ecell enterpenurship and all .
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities is quite decent . Room are alloted for 3 people for each room and it have mess and it provide decent food for students .Food quality is not that good but after u made some habit of that food u can survive . Till now the hostel fees is 21000 per year and mess fees is 3000 per month.
Admission
I applied for this college as i hadn't a good rank in Jee mains and it is kind of affordable for me .The admission process is very simple . You have to have a jee mains scorecard and you have to fill jceceb counselling and as per your jceceb rank you will get admission into this college. You can take admission via management quota too and till now management quota doesn't take any extra donation fees.
Faculty
Faculties are well educated and trained. All the faculties are provided by techno india . They have atleast one degree either it can be Btech , masters or phd degree from Nit or Iit . Faculties are very good but not the placements.
Night Life
For first year students it is not allowed to go outside campus at night but other than seniors from second third and fourth year have all the access. Night life is kind of average . Market is near the campus as it is in dumka city and it has malls and shops for basic requirements nearby.
