Course Curriculum Overview

5

Computer science has always been my choice as i always wanted to work on that field for a long time. The computer science curriculum offered all the basics necessary for me to understand the depth of computer science field. The programming and theories actually prepares you really well for the real world jobs and future academic pursuits. My suggestion for this college curriculum would be to include more programming languages to learn as well as more projects to work and study on. Exams are conducted periodically and you will have enough time to prepare for a well structured and revised exam

Fees and Financial Aid

Every semester you have to pay around rs 19750 and people from reservation will get back the fees they paid after submitting their documents in the computer center. There are merit seats as well as management seat , management seat fees varies from person to person according to theirs marks. Their is sports scholarships as well as arts scholarships available for students who get selected by the colleges itself. My course is autonomous so i have to pay extra, but in regular batch fees is less than 1000 per semester, bsc computer science is the highest fees collecting course in the college.

Campus Life

5

There are lot of social events happening in the college. Lots of fun activities and programs to celebrate certain days or festivals. Every week there is a program or event in the college. Every class room has a projector and best infrastructure. The arts and sports event of the college is the best part of the college. They have the best team in every field. Local students party are elected by the students to be the students body and communicate with the management

Admission

I applied for computer science program in amity mumbai but i couldn't go there because it was really distant and my parents had problems sending me to a distant place. I chose this college because it is the best in my city as well close to my house. The admission process is a bit lengthy you need good marks to get in with merit and the cutoff of merit is around 97% marks for boards. Other people can get in through management seat but it is very less as well .

Faculty

5

Faculty members are really chill and friendly. They are strict when the needed to be and friendly when needed. You can approach they anytime you want and even call them to clear your doubts as well. Exams is conducted every semester, you have an internal exam before the semester exam to add to your internal marks. There is less percentage of people failing this course as it is a very easy one. But during the first two semester people find it a bit difficult with the new system of exams. The course curriculum is up to date and crosses all the basics as well in depth subjects as well

Night Life

5

The cafeterias in the college are well maintained and run properly. You get all the sncaks and food you need from there . College basketball court as well as the library are well maintained and has everything to offer. You can sit in the campus till 5 then they close the gates for everyone. Campus life is vibrant and peaceful, you can see people enjoying chit chats everywhere

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. I would like more practical knowledge than theory knowledge in this course as it is needed to be implemented in labs hands on experience is essential. Exams are conducted every 6 months as semester. Class tests and model exams are conducted frequently. Assignments, projects, seminar ,etc.. are given every month.
