COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW The course is well prepared and the details are available on the IIITM website. There is no chemistry taught at all as it is not much of a useful subject to students. But the problem is that the course is unstable. Every academic year the course for the same class changes. This is bad in most of the cases. It is credit based. 21 credits per semester. There would be 6 subjects in a sem. 100 marks per subject. 20+20(=40) in 2 Minors conducted, 40 through a male exam and the remaining 20 is for either internal assessment or lab performance. Sometimes the lab is also considered a different subject.

Placements are very good. The average package for an integrated postgraduate MTech student is around 10 lakhs per annum. The highest package goes up to 38 lakhs per annum. Companies like Microsoft, Amazon also recruits from here. But the better packages are from of campus. Yes, college does offer internship but most of the students get one from outside through intern shall or similar services.

It is growing each year with respect to these attributes. The main events are Nojoto Open Mic, TEDx talk, IEEE meeting. 2 sports fests are held - twaran and urja. Urja is intra college while Twaran is intercollegiate. 2 techno-managerial fests are held - Mom and Infotsav. 1 cultural fest - aurora.

The annual fees is really good and a bit high for a government institute like this. but the good thing is that it is much lower than the private colleges.the facilities provided in such fees are really good and can be compared with any of the other best Institute of India.

Together with academics sports is given adequate importance at ABV-IIITM. To encourage sporting activities we have a full-fledged complex, and also games facilities in each of the students’ hostels. We believe it is essential to remain physically fit and alert together with mental sharpness. There are no restrictions on how you'd want to live if you're a guy. You can come and go out any time you want to. Girls have to be in their hostel by 10:30 pm. The gender ratio is bad 8:1. The institute offers 80 seats in total in Integrated Post Graduate Programnme (IPG). The minimum qualification for admission into IPG programmes is 10+2 or equivalent with science stream. The final admission is made on the basis of All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE). The All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi.

All the faculties are PhDs. They are all knowledgeable. But teaching wise very few of them are very good. Most of the classes are boring. Some faculties send the Ph.D. students to teach most of the time who are more friendly and sometimes a better teacher too.
