Course Curriculum Overview
The course nd curriculum is similar to of other iits. A bit outdated overall. But the intresting part is th variety of course that can be choosen as per our interest. Efforts are made to introducte modern needed couses
Placement Experience
The placements generally are very decent which may varry every year but on normal circumstances 80-85% students get placed with median and average around 15-20 lpa. Avg package of cse for eg lies around 25-30 lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes the fee structure is very normal as per other iits. Its 10 lakhs for general students .. And it has fee waiver, sc st or economically weaker students even can do in as less as 18k per semester i.e just the hostel fees
Campus Life
The campus is very enjoyable and peaceful. And college life is indeed the best thing to happen to an Ism student. The senior junior bonding, the interaction, the help provided by seniors and also the treat culture makes it worth forevrr
Admission
IIT tag helps, dosent it?? Not only for placements or etc but for our own self esteem, secondly its an old iit with almost 100 year of alumni strength. Its less popular which gets u a better branch that i call a steal. Plus now i can say the bonding nd ppl of college are the best part
Faculty
The faculty members are just like any other college. The proffesors completely follow the work ethic of no. Of classes and timmings of classes etc. But yes teaching methodology varies from one to another. A few might be the best and a few on the other side too rest average
Interview Experience
No there was nothing like that. Jossa counselling is there you have to fill your priority. And if u get this college ull be given a seat allotment letter bring that along with necessary documents for the verification thats it
Night Life
The hostel timing for boys is open 24 hours but for girls its restricted from around 12 30 am to morming 5. But othr than it there are no restriction to go or roam around anywhere. Completely closed safe campus
