Fees and Financial Aid
Here is the breakdown of the total fees I paid for my BMS degree: Fee for FYBMS 18k approx Fee for SYBMS 17k approx Fee for TYBMS 18k approx I don't think that it's increasing, for registration you have to pay 200 rupees like a Boucher code. Tution fees is approx 8-10k per year and by adding other fees to it, it becomes 18k.
Campus Life
The college (BMS department)hosts TREMOR and PANAAH a popular cultural festival held typically in December or January. Classrooms are equipped with projectors, Wi-Fi, and smart boards, ensuring interactive learning. There are so many extra curricular activities offered by HINDUJA. There are many social clubs, sports clubs, job fairs and others which takes place and help the student to showcase their talent.
Admission
I had applied for other colleges like Dahanukar college, Bhavans, and others, but I like this college more than others because, 1) this is really close to railway station like just near the railway breeze. 2) the college crowd is so good. As I got 86.5% in my HSC so I had only applied for few colleges depending on their cut offs so I got the call from all the colleges The addmission process is same as other colleges you have to fill Mumbai University form first then you have to fill each college form you are willing to get in, each college is having their registration fees that may be 100-500, for Hinduja college it is 200 rupees after that merit lists come, there are 3-4 merit lists. Minimum cutoff is 80% for Hinduja college but there is Sindhi minority for them it could be 50-60% depends on the people applying for the minority.
Faculty
The faculties are so good. The student and faculty relationship is very good. Faculties are highly approachable. Shraddha Jain is the faculty whom I like the most, not just me but I think everyone likes her. There is no faculties who are disliked, everyone is so nice to students. For a semester, there are one internal exam for 20 marks and one external exam for 80 marks and 5 marks for your activities and others.
Night Life
The place where college is located there are 3-4 cafes that are really great and expensive and the college is located from where you can have walk to ISKCON temple, Babulnath temple, Girgaon chaupati, Kamla Nehru park and many other tourist places even Marine drive is like 5-10 minutes distance by cab and trains. The college locality is very safe and best area to hangout.
