VTHT A place for learning at affordable fees in and around chennai with reasonable facilities to fees

I applied only for this college . I found this college provides reasonable facilities at a affordable fees in and around chennai.But the quality of learning is good because of the faculties. But the facilities are not upto mark if you can afford more you can reach out other better colleges.

They will 2 to 3 internal assessments per semesters. And will have model theory and practical examinations before end semester.In biotech department I choose upon my own interest that it is a vast field. Here you can learn all the basic theoretical and laboratorical knowledge that can be applied in large scale.

For biotechnology department the on campus placements are too low . May be 3 - 4 core companies visit the campus per year. But they also provide eligibility for some of the IT companies. Interested may attend them. You will get more opportunities outside on the completion of degree. In pharma industries QC dept,medical coding jobs....

Tution fees 550000 + other fees 20000 = 75000 for SWC students. For management quota students it may increase by 30 to 40 thousands. First graduate and caste scholarships are provided for SWC students. They will conduct placement and training exams like amcat and cocubes for betterment of the students. Fees range 800 per exam.

NCC club is the most active club in this college. They will arrange several camps for training.And most the senior students will only train the other students. Faculties are not involved in training and they will just arrange the facilities. The other active club is IIC - institute innovation council they will conduct hackathons , and guest lectures with renowned persons for the betterment of students. Culturals will be conducted on festivals but not upto the mark but you can enjoy.

I availed our college hostel .Spacious rooms . Some rooms 3 per room,4per room , 7 per room .mostly 5 students per room.Attached 2 bathrooms . seperate study lights are provides and three fans in the room.they will provide steel beros and cot. Good quality of food and decent taste. Daily non veg except Saturday. Coffee in morning,snacks and tea in evening,milk at night.

15:1 ratio in the department. They will be friendly. And help for proper learning and clearing doubts throughout the study period .they will guide you through mini projects and final projects and publications.will share their knowledge to the students

In hostel there gym facilities available for access of students for maintaining their fitness and mental well being. They will not allow you through backgate to go out after 8.30 pm because it's quite unsafe. Inside campus it will be peaceful natural environment. Unlimited wifi available and washing machine facilities available in hostel
