Course Curriculum Overview

M.tech- in production engineering realted to mechincal in very vast companys it depends on its production. what are factors that depends on production on any plant. real world application it will be helpful . some aspects of cousre curriculam will required change to understand the concept easily.

i was offered internship at kesoram industries limited, other comapnies was acc . roles was understand the production of company. projects was thesis about materail stucture and its life by applying chrome to it. tested hardness and ductulity of it

Placement Experience

there is no placement provided by college. no compaines or any offer were made to mtech guys from 2nd year intership & project thesis will start you can start job in intership if have good links with the company.

Fees and Financial Aid

2 year m.tech course. first year fee was 80000+ 20000 bulidng fee + 5000 exam fee 2 nd year fee 85000+20000 course fee+ 25000 project fee+ 5000 exam fee its same for all of us expect sc /st catergory scholarship availed merit cum means which i got roughly 75000 per year.

Campus Life

annual fest was simple & good. library is related to course. sports and extracuricular was good . infrasturcture was simple classroom . no student run social gropus or clubs or any extra currlicular activites

Admission

pda college of enginnering in gulbarga . one of the best college in city. admission process is either kcet or mangament cutt off was 10000 rank. admission experience was easy and good. no hectic process involed.

Faculty

faculty to students ration was1 : 11 but lecturer teach 2 subjects for each course. h.o.d was cool & nice and very helpfull to us . given very helpfull to cousre completion per year exam 2 term exam. 12 internal exam. exam was hard ( its mtech study hard exam will be easy)

Night Life

no gym in college. famous hangout in college is libraby cafe and canteen . famous hangout place nearaby college is maharaja tea point, zeeshan tea point, asain mall. kabibsh food, and many more. locality is safe to roam around night

Placement Experience:

After joining the course with 3 months of starting of the course the placements will be startedforthe students to apply for the placements. Tier-1MNCs companies are visiting for the college which are proving high package . The highest package got is 94LPA and average package is 10LPA. 95% of students got the placements.

The courses they offer are not so relative to our stream. We also had questioned this to higher authorities. But they just say that the syllabus is fixed and they cant help . And if we need to pass we have to study those subjects.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think data science is booming in the current industry so i thought of taking this course. Since our batch was the first batch to introduce Data Science in the University we had many disadvantages. The concepts and syllabus were not very excellent to us. We had to learn only few concepts.

As I already told placement is good. Just try to keep your CGPA above 7.5-8 and you will be able to sit for hiring of all companies and rest be prepared with your DSA and core CSE concepts, Placement season is hectic but good and worthy. Few of the recruiters were Western Digital, Qualcomm and Samsung Semiconductors.

The college i go to

So basically the college which I am in very popular and very good back in the days people from other states used to come and study here and it was one of the good colleges in North Karnataka because the experience faculty was good and people had knowledge but now as we know the the stream computer science and other branches are booming and the AI is booming so the new faculty people need to catch up on it and the reason I couldn't go to other colleges is because of my ranking so get good result in your 12th and kcet n comedk due to which I couldn't go to other colleges...Read More
