What Students Say

Likes

Things I liked in this college is academics they are very strict and understandable.
We are having facilities like library and sports. And I like book bank scheme in our college.
We are having good placements and internships .Events and Clubs related to placements like hackathon.

Dislikes

It looks good and comfortable if we have big auditorium.
Canteen should be privacy and they should provide freedom to students.
They should not point out the students for wearing jeans to college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Complete fee Structure per year around 120000 and I am getting scholarship from ts government 35000. Exam fee 2000 per semester National scholarship :10000 Lab fee 1000 Admission fee 7500 Library fee 7500 As per the above bases fee is increasing.

Campus Life

We are having clubs like IEEE workshop and Quiz related to students.TEDX Club, Kalams event, AI coders club. Coming to sports we are having kabbadi kho-kho Badminton chess carrom et Facilities like projectors neat class rooms comfortable benches.

Admission

My wished course is to learn computer science. I feel our college is best in this course comparing with other colleges like providing all the facilities,schemes and knowledge towards course. I didn't get any rejections from any colleges. I think as per my rank admitted in this college. Admission process in our college through T.S Eapcet rank and inter board marks.

Faculty

Coming to faculty we are having good and experienced faculty . They are very friendly like our parents and they clear all our doubts without hesitating. We are having 2 mids per semester. Papers were moderate to difficult. Rambabu (EC Sir) is my favourite sir . 4 to 5 faculties will evaluate answer script.

Night Life

Nightlife like in or around our college campus not up to the expectations. Hostel timings are upto 6:00pm Famous hangout place inside the college is fuel junction,IT block , gym, RND block,play group.

Decent college with good facilities

Placement Experience:

From 4th year 1st semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. About 10-15 companies visited our college with minimum 3 lpa. And only 30% of students are placed in the campus placement. Companies like virtuza, movate, cognizant, hcl visited our campus for placement. The highest package was 4.5 lpa and lowest was 2.8 . My plans after getting degree is work in a reputed mnc.

Only 4-1 students are eligible for campus placements Name of companies are infosys, concentrix, foundever, teleperfomance, Sutherland,uts etc in that only few members got opportunity to join in that companies. Highest package is 3-4lakhs All the companies which were came to our clg placements are based on call center types only infosys is IT side remaining all companies came us to take for the roles bpo industry voice based roles and non voice based roles My plans after completing the degree to search for the job

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course curriculum of our college runs under the guidance of JNTU where all the fundamentals such as DSA ,program,data base and CN also core math are given in this college divides the conceptual,lessons in 5 units .for each unit we have submit assignment unit test and also an ALP which is concentrated on learning ,mechanisam which help student revise the concept in class itself.In terms of real world the curriculum builds the theoritical, knowledge but somewhat limited exposure where students should have get internships for an industry level experience or else atleast a entry level jobs help the students to learn as well.Area of improvement include more hands- on project works and more interactive teaching methods Like case studies and problem ,based, learning. Exams are regularly for 2 mid term for semester and one end semester exam.the difficulty level is moderate and manageable with consistent and study and focusing more on understanding concepts rather than rote learning

The actual truth about MLRITM.

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is not upto the mark because the number of students being placed is decreasing every year. The students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester of the college. Many companies have visited the college for the placement drives but they have very less recruitments compared to the other colleges. The highest package of my college is around 8lpa whereas the average package is around 3.5lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is even less than 10% which I think is very poor and something needs to be done for this. I'm planning to get a job off campus if I don't get recruited on the campus.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester itself students are eligible for placement drives if they pay for the placement training classes , internship drives start from 5th semester and training classes go on for students every week , from 7th semester drives on different job roles start and the placed percentage of students right now is about 30 to 40 percent and drives are still going on but correct training and correct opportunities more needs to be provided

The placement in the college are very satisfying with a minimal package of 4lpa and average is around 5.5 lpa and the highest turns around 15lpa and almost 80% of the students got placed last year and the companies like cognizant, HCL, Capgemini and the top recruiters every year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very Passionate about Computer Science. So I joined Information Technology which is the same as CSE. Information technology mostly offers the same opportunities as CSE in VNRVJIET. So, I preferred IT in VNRVJIET. In VNRVJIET, Hyderabad faculty: student ratio is approx 1:40 which is considered as Average ratio. Most of the Faculty are PHD Graduates but there are less number of Professors. Mostly there are Assistant Professors whose Teaching Methodology is average to Good but not rated as Better in terms of Teaching. Professors are good at Teaching but Some Assistant Professors are not as good as we expected. There are mostly newly joined PHD faculty members were there who will teach in a slow manner. Every 5-6 months we have Semester Exams which are mostly easy to pass if we have somewhat knowledge of the subject.
