Likes

Weather condition was awesome transportation was but difficulty
Faculty were supporting in learning and their teaching methods
Supporting friend circle were built and compared to other colleges

Dislikes

Transportation was very difficult only one or two buses were serviced in the college route
Some time they ask for extra time to spend in college
Sometimes faculty will not be available at the time

Course Curriculum Overview

I selected the course according to my wish but lately I realised that the course I'm doing is useless only thing can do is go for post graduation no other options or way to succeed in the same field that's ut

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 1000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In this College no basic developments were not undertaking by the authorities while I'm studying there as a govt college fee were less comparing to other colleges just paid 1 thousand per sem Cultural programmes were conducted by the students initiative only no support from the management

Campus Life

There are so many activities like technical festivals film exhibition etc were conducted by students union and each departments were also participated Also sports activities like football cricket badminton

Admission

This College is situated near a forest area and there are so many tea and cardamom plantations near it so it gives a fresh and good energy and vibe while going to college that was the main attraction of the college

Faculty

Theye were absolutely supporting and friendly somnmany issues faced while taking classes and so many new faculty were interested in taking classes over time but it was actually helped in completing our portions

Night Life

Gym facility was available in the college but it's not well maintained and the equipments were rusted and unserviceable Library is well maintained and furnished and in hostel case there is only hostel for girls

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our curriculum is all good and cover many range of topics which are mostly important and we also had may revision sessions but are very few and as a suggestion i would like some of the teachers to improve the way they take the classes . Sometime at the end of the semester they will hurry up and finish the portions so fastly. We also have 1/2 internals in each semester.

I chose this course as i love journalism but haven't looked into curriculum before admission. Curriculum is quite good but some portions are irrelevant. Well after my 12th this whole concept of media and getting into the world of media studies has kept me always on the edge of the seat. Because during my early days in IB I always had a knack for media studies and always be the top of my class. I just loved the world of media. There are just lots of things to do in media. Its a very productive genre for youths in working and creativity areas. Companies look forward to people like me. Our skill is their definition towards a new growth. The way how college prepares you for exams. Good luck with that. I don't think they mentally prepare us. They never teach us, so that's out of option. This is why the majority fails in my class. They are given a whole chapter without explanations. How can us as a student be prepared for the future?

St. Mary's college sulthan bathery i went there for an interview and they told me to pay 1 lakh for sports quota admission so i didn't take admission there i didn't get any rejection from any college if you score above 96% you will get admission in my college but if you have any reservation you will get admission overall exam and admission experience was not bad...Read More
