Likes

There is ncc,nss and 15 clubs are there like environment club music club.
Buildings are good, in my department they provided everything which need in the course like pc and digital equipments.
College have a good ambience, like it's placed in hill so it's very peaceful place.

Dislikes

We need to walk around 2 km from college bus stop
The college authority never take initiative to conduct program but students will do
There is no placement which college providing

Course Curriculum Overview

It's a good course for higher studies and it's explainngi deeply and the course are changed my seniors got additional subject in my time is machine learning so the course are changing and the the lab was very good ac and well maintained

Class Size: 36Course Fees: INR 2500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't have any fees in there because it is a government college and I entered as obc category as well as I got an scholarship called e gratz so I don't have to pay any fees.in the starting of my admission i payed 2500/- and I need to pay my hostel fee because in my college there is no hostel which the college provide.

Campus Life

I got 1 year only in the college because I got opportunity to attend rdc at Delhi so in the 1 st year took corona after that I went to the camp so I got college life only for one year but my friends are really enjoyed it

Admission

I have chooses the college because of the bsc computer science course in government is very less and it's very cost to study from an private college and I enrolled in obc category so I don't want to pay any for my degree course

Faculty

In bsc computer science only 35 students compare to other courses in my college it very less. the payment are in semester wise if we have any scholarship there is no fee to pay even exam fee also.the payment will change I think

Interview Experience

No. Actually I got seat in allotment process that commonly happened in Kerala for college admission after plus 2 we need apply for college admission process called single window process after that the college will call us.

Night Life

It placed in wayanad so there is no night life which I get and the there are less citys and so around 10 pm the markets and Shops will close so there is no enjoyment for night life but we enjoy the nature places in ther

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester you could get in the practicing period for placements if you dont have any supply you could get placements and college provides internship from 3 rd semester. Highest packs could be goven bank and maybe delloit idk how much it is but an avg pack of 75k per month will be there. If you got skills you would get in there.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester you will be eligible for campus placements. Big banks like federal bank, south indian bank provide high placement package with the highest package being 60k per month. Other IT companies like Wipro,accenture, and deloit etc also provide high package placements.Almost 50 to 75 percent of students get placed after third year. My plan is if i get a good package I'll go for the placement or else I'll go for my masters degree

A Decent College for BSc chemistry students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed this degree for me to pursue higher studies in uk or foreign country to study cosmetics related field. So for that bsc chemistry degree must have But this curriculum doesn't teach something base to that I think so.. For further studies the teachers need improvement to teach certain topics some teachers didn't even prepare to study students and lab safety is not in the lab.Because of the teaching the portions are done in last minutes and often exams are difficult in major subjects so they need to improve their study methods and often approach students nicely..

Life at SB

Placement Experience:

The college has a well functioning placement assistance. There are various companies including banks and Tech based companies which arrives in the college for placements every year. The placement assistant cell prepare students very well for the placements.They grooms the students and prepares them for aptitude test, interviews and group discussions which are required for placements.

Placement Experience:

From semester 5 the opportunity to get a job is out there. Many companies comes to interview and they swlect the apt ones. Sun, Mahendra etc are some of the companies i remember. The highesr package for freshers is like 15000 a month. There is a high percentage of students getting placements its 80-85%.My plan is to study masters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

Placement Experience:

The placement of this campus is very excellent. The collage has a placement assistance cell and every year 50 companies reaching this college for placement drive . Every year more than 80 students gets placed in large companies like EY , MRF and banks like federal bank , South Indian Bank etc. The federal bank offers a highest package of 16 LPA for pg students and 8 students got placed in 2024-25 academic year. Placement is opens for students studying final year. There is coaching for placement for free of coast for the students who registered for placements

Companies like federal bank, infopark invites students from our college for their interviews.
