Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is not well designed and needs upgrading. CSE students are being taught what mechanical students have to do for there practical and are being regularly pressurized to memorize. AKTU needs to maintain a right gap in semesters.
Internships Opportunities
The companies that visit college consists of cognizant, TCS, WIPRO, MOTHERSON and some other MNC's and mass recruiting companies visit the campus every year. You are offered an average amount of stipend and join at junior levels of the company generally.
Placement Experience
The students are eligible for placements during and after the 3rd year or 6 semesters later. Mostly mass recruitment companies visit but, as the placement cell of this college is quite good , many MNC's also visit our campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid 1,33,000 rupees at the time of admission process in which it included book bank security fees , I'd card fees and all. The fee structure may change next year or so because last year it was a little less.
Campus Life
The night life of this college is pretty good with events like urjaa , genero and deepotsav . Apart from that there are more than 10 clubs that coexist within the college and they all have events now and then .
Admission
The campus is good when compared to other colleges at this price point . Jee mains and direct admission are the only two paths to gain admission currently. I chose this college because in the last round of the counselling I was given this college and I liked the review of it.
Faculty
The student to faculty ratio is 11:1 and while it might sound right but, most of the faculty ain't even worth counting. Some faculties have an experience of over 25 years and some young ones are also here.
Night Life
The gym facilities are quite average the gym was renovated this year and the fees for the gym is 700 rupees per month cafeteria offers good food especially TEAMAN's cafe .Blackstone is the main hub of events in college campus and it's beautiful too.
