Likes

The college provide extra classes for the DSA and etc things
Some faculty are extraordinary and some are little bit average
Dean and director are very dedicated persons

Dislikes

Some faculty are not good as we are expecting
Physics labs are not good and as we are expecting
Classes are not Air conditions and non AC

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is totally based on the aktu syllabus and the college is affiliated to the aktu so everything is based on the behalf of the as aktu said to them and exams and result are very late due to aktu and their teaching methalogy is according to the aktu exam

Internships Opportunities

I'm in my btech 1st year so that's why I'm not having any internship experience till now but projects assignments and everything are given by the faculty in my 1st year they are very strict for their assignments and attendance etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of the college per year is 151000 it does not include any type of university registration fees or examination fees and 20000 scholarship are given to those students whose 12 percent are above 85 Percent. And fee weaver students pays only 56260 rupees in first year.

Campus Life

There is no annual fest pr freshers given to my batch till date but they provide us session with industrialist and other they provide us to chance for the new ideas and other. There is many clubs like dance , coder , singing and etc which are managed by seniors. There is also sports club and every evening we are allowed to play in the college and in every classroom there is smart board for studies

Hostel Facilities

Ac rooms with attached washroom, study table bed and everything is available and hostel provides the 4 times meal a day morning breakfast lunch and evening brunch and then dinner and everyday meal is different. Hostel fees is 150000+10000 security deposits

Admission

I only applied this college through the uptu councelling and I opted this college because my rank is very low and so I have only this college or this category college in my choices due to this I choose this college.this college accept through direct and uptu councelling admission cutt off for the computer science is 500000 rank in jee mains

Faculty

There are some faculty who are veryyy goooddd in their knowledge and relationship between teachers and students but some faculty are very poor like physics. And pps faculty and their labs are veryyy good and also electrical teacher and lab are good.

Night Life

Our hostel is outside from the college and hostel name is aryan residency which is located in tugalpur village near parichowk. And hostel life there is very good nice food and staff good facilities are provided. Gym Library cafeteria everything is available there

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Likes

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

Good college for Degrees

Likes

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

Dislikes

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected
The placement system is too bad , no proper support
The student facilities is not good , like lifts etc

Placement Experience:

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

I liked the professor of college their teaching style and unique approaches
I like the events they keep on launching in college
I like the placement ratio in college and their seriousness to get everyone placed

Dislikes

Girls to boys ratio is very less as compared to other colleges
The environment of college is not too good it's okay okay

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Likes

The quality of study is very appreciable. As our syllabus is very updated. Also the practical knowledge in colleges very good as well.
New buildings for 1st year as to prevent ragging is a very plus point. This prevent first year student from ragging and also give them a very friendly and good environment as well.
The placements are very good as in terms of quantity and quality as well many many companies came here and also many big companies which do not come in any other colleges in greater Noida also come in NIET.

Dislikes

The one thing I decide is high requirement of attendance which is 85% attendance by this criteria we get less time in fore hours kill enhancement and learning other things.
Also the coding culture is quite not good for 1st year as well so this thing also I don't like.
The other thing I don't like is that the assignments pressure was quite high in semester one and very very much assignments was given to our branches as well.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for setting in the campus placements is from 6 semester. And for internships the students become eligible from 4th semester and the internship is mandatory for every student. The companies visiting the college are quite in number. The highest placements which was offered during the ongoing placement is 44 lpa. And the average packages for company and profiles of a days 7 to 8 LP. The percentage of students getting placements are very good as 80 to 90% students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is to get the highest placement

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Likes

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

I liked the teaching methods of some professors in our college .Their way of teaching is unique . In our college boy and girl ratio is approximately 5 to 1.
I also liked the ground and sports facilities of our college . Our college has 3 big grounds and a sac also a gym which has latest equipments and many more things.
The fests of our college is amazing , recently a fest called kashiyatra happened which is biggest fest of our college

Dislikes

I disliked the infrastructure of our college . Our college do not have ac in lecture halls or even there is no single ac for students in campus .
In our college the equipments in manufacturing practice are very old they are rusted and facilities don't even want to tell about those equipments. They are lazy .
Our college IIT bhu don't have their boundaries it is connected to bhu that's why clashes happened every month . Students of IIT and bhu fight every month and the service of proctor in IIT bhu is very disrespectful,they are lazy and don't take actio

Placement Experience:

Our college IIT bhu provides placement at end of year companies came for hiring students and hire them . Our IIT has 2nd rank in terms of placement in all iits. At the end of 3rd year students became eligible for campus placements. Our college also provide internship in third year companies came for internship in our college. My plans after getting degree is to get a high paying job in india and give financial stability to my family. Approximately 70 percent students get job in placement sessions.

I would like to inform uh that electronic and communication is a very good trade to choose. So many carreer opportunities if you will go in in industrial area, or in government sector. Make some connections with ur seniors others it is tough to enter in industry for freshers.

I have applied for NIET but I got rejected because I applied to late for the course. Not only this I also applied to colleges like RIET in Rajasthan Roorkee Institute of engineering and technology in Uttrakhand and IILM University and I got admission letter from all of the above said college but after comparing these colleges with Lloyd Institute of engineering and technology I decided to take admission here. This college lacks in terms of events but the coding culture hackathon and student-faculty relationship plus the placement rate of 95%+ attracted me. Specially the DSA of this college is best in town as they explain everything with projects and professors who are currently working in industry are your professor. The admission process is quite simple and lengthy at the same time. If you are willing to take admission then you have to qualify your class 12th exams with PCM and minimum of 65% is required for admission and must qualify JEE Mains with atleast 50 percentile. For direct admission they just check all the documents and check for seat availability and then they will give you admission form and you have to pay them a token amount and your seat is confirmed. For admission through councelling the process is lengthy because each and every stage is governed by UPTAC where you have to apply first and then you have to opt for this college as priority so that you can maximize your chances....Read More

I got rejected by some of the colleges due to a low percentile in entrance exams and due to cse course also. I want a Btech CSE, but due to the low percentile, they provide me with an EEE branch, so that's why I dropped out of another college. Admission process is through Aktu Counselling, direct admission is also valid through your 10th and 12th merit based, Jee exams accepted for this course and this is the most preferred exams by the students.
