LLOYD IS GOOD IF YOU ARE DISCIPLINED

Focus of AI and Machine Learning is a great addition for working in accordance to recent developments and technologies in the country. But some subjects like Constitution of India, Trade and Technologies and History subjects are not relevant to the culture and are a waste of time for me.

Some companies like Appversal visited recently with posts like React Developer, SQL and JavaScript expert and interviews were taken for. them. A lot of students are placed by the college itself through the companies that visit here. Except 8-10 students everyone got paid internships.

Students are eligible for campus placement from 6th semester. But proper company placements and official paid internships start in 7th semster. However it is highly dependant on your luck to get placed in earlier semesters. Highest package till now is 21 LPA but the actual average is around 4 LPA only. Profiles offered are software engineer and related only. Till now (after 7th semster of our seniors is over) around 50 students are placed. My plans are to do a job and simultaneously do MBA after co no completing a degree.

Our college takes 151000 for the first year and then 135000 for the rest of the 3 years for our Btech course. In addition to that they provide scholarships on the basis of class 12th PCM marks and JEE percentile and also special scholarship to female students. They also provide free laptops to the students.

This is honestly the worst part. There are least amount of festivals in our college. There are some societies formed recently and some good events were conducted like YOUTH PARLIAMENT, Debate Competitions etc and some singing competitions as well. Apart from that coding competitions frequently take place and some quizzes as well. There are blackboards and smart boards in our college both in the same classroom. Sports events happen every year.

Hostel facility is a little high priced for 180000 for first year and around 10-15% discount for subsequent years. There are no attached washrooms. AC and geyser timings are fixed and very inconvenient. AC barely runs for 12 hours a day in extreme summers and geyser runs for 4 hours in morning and 2 in evening. Menu is okayish and food is also good most of the times. Warden is not helpful.

I chose this college because of their dedication towards training and placement activities like training starting at 5 am and faculties and management from GL Bajaj which was the best college in entire Greater Noida.

Faculties are mostly approachable and ready to take doubts outside the class and even on what's app or calls. I liked Rakesh Mohan sir for physics. He is the best teacher in my entire college. There are 2-3 sets of internal exams and marks of the best 2 are considered. It's dependant on the subject but barely 15% students fail. Course curriculum is good and relevant to recent culture.

No. I did not face any group discussion round for admissions. It was based on my PCM marks but sometimes they recommend a maths test for students who scared comparatively less marks in mathematics. It's not mandatory.

There are 4 canteens in our college. One is a proper cafeteria with sitting space and rest are small canteens with less sitting space. Food is good and students stay in college until 8 pm to hang out. Hostel out time last is 6 pm in winters and 6.30 pm in summers and in time is 7.30 pm in winters and 8 pm in summers. Hostel is equipped with mess and gym facilities.
