Mesmerizing Experience in NITJ

Course curriculum is not much updated, same 8085 microprocessor and controller is being taught, and not much updated to the recent technology , also in my batch web technology was taught in 7th sem which should be taught in 2nd or 3 rd I guess, so that the thing which company looks for , a student can easily get that thing into his/her practise, but they will keep teaching same old curriculum, mostly student prepare themself apart from college courses for company visit and placement.

At the time of counceiling and enrolling, college at advance took a massive amount of 80k as first semester fee with jossa fee inclusive, later they started taking money as semester wise after every endsem final, and the money was overall increasing every semester , the reason was mess fee and hostel fee additionally getting increase every 6 month, Talking about scholarship, allthough I have not avail any scholarship, there are scholarsip sections available in our college where you can get state based scholarship, also many private and government organisation providing scholarships based on test and performance like ONGC petrolium funds, NGO funds,etc.

My overall experience with campus life was very soothing and mesmerizing memories, that will last forever in my head, I got my best buddies here, and a hug amount of good/bad memories that I wish I could get more and more daily with nostalgic experience.

I chosed this college because of its hype in news regarding placement average scenario and also a reason was because it was close to my resident, Comparing to other college , they might provide you with better infrastructure and all but as compare to company visit and coding competition, our college stand out, talking about other fileds like mechanical and metalurgy our college provides a very good and well percentage of total placement, for much detail you can visit to the site.

Faculty members are as good as other NIT/IIT college faculties mostly be, they are cooperative, except for few, but when comes to exam and marks they induce some sort of ego problem, marks is a very crucial topic to achieve in our college. Every semester you will find mostly 5 subjects exclusive of labs which are 2 or 3 per semester, and exam system is also very rude, any sort of cheating is caught and no mercy will be awarded.

One can get admission via, JEE mains test with PCM as a intermediate course, further enrolling into JOSSA or DASA for all those who are from foreign. No Interview and written test is conducted afterwared.

For girls Night life has some boundation, i.e they shall come inside hostel before 9:00PM and that is somthing I think well structured for their safety in open campus like nit jamshedpur, and for boys last timing is 11:00PM still boys being boys they do what they feel .
