Course Curriculum Overview

i amm choosing an computer engg cours.they took an real life examples at time of teaching and is easy to undersand.thers only the experianced staaf need to teach only one opint to improments.the frequency and exam time is decided by sppu.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 11500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

total fee 94000 and for me all comes from scholerships and i have to pay only 11500.for OBC students its something around 55000.and for the open students who have income around 10 lacs they have to pay total 94000 fee.

Campus Life

it arrange all the anuual functions like freshres and other days.the range of books in library around 10000.the wifi is free, computer labs with internet. aranging sports in days.extra coding rounds, hackathons.

Admission

i have an apply a this a with a other collesges also but this college is allote me in cap round.you have to complete 12th or diplomam for this cousers and you need to crack the merit for the addmission.

Faculty

the faculty membrs are some experiance and some are not more, but all are good.one another point is practicals have to all are complete in time and with practically. labs are good,classroms are good. netwirk is poor.

Interview Experience

pattern of question papaer is decided by university, which is SPPU. addmission wiil be continue through cap round and management both also, and also here a ADYPU autonomus colleges are present for admission.

Night Life

gym is available in campus, cafeteris are goos , library is good in collection os books and public area is good.hostel is goos and enviroment is good at night around hostls.all campus is safe and enjoyable.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this college is under mumbai university so this college cannot modify syallbus in their own the have to strictly follow the university prescribe syallbus,academic timelines,rules and norms of the mumbai university. I have taken the admission in this college in the year 2024 from this year the NEP-2020 was adopted by the every indian universities and instituites. Since NEP-2020 was adopted also by mumbai university some new subjects are added to the syallabus that are oriented to financial literacy,Entreprenuianl,indian laws related subjects the syallubus of this subject is very good to see in the syallabus pdf. But the ground reality is different this subject is not given much importance by faculties the are treated as not much important subject as their are not related to our course as a result the students also take these subjects lightly.Also the professors appointed for this subjects are not much good they appoint the faculties who are recent graduates of their college who are working now as a professor in the same college. The college treat this subject lectures as an practice for the fresh faculties to gain experience of how to teach students. The core subject syallbus is same not changed the mumbai university has just changed the name of the subject. The college professors just teach the subject but they do not teach in that way that it makes us ready for real world problems.And also in the first year all the subjects are common for all the branches of the engineering which consist of subject like physics,chemistry,mechanics,Basic electrical Electronics,Engineering Graphics. It is my opinion why should an student who is studying an course called Computer Engineering so why should i read the subjects of the other branches like civil,mechanical,electrical and electronics in my first year instead of my domain subjects for whole two semester and the timespan of almost an year

Placements of the college are good . They are incerasing year by year . As now college is made autonomous placement is also good in the college. Companies like TCS , CAPEGEMINI, like such big companies are also coming to college . as such college have developed the placement ratio . the higest package offered in the college was last year it was 18 lakhs . average pacakages offered in the college is betweeen 3 to 7 lakhs . but the students are geeting placed from college. Near about 70 to 80 percentage of the students are getting placed every year.

Dell, Oracle Tcs and many more such companies have visited the college The highest package is 50 lpa for MCA in computer science while the highest for B.TECH CSE is 44.14 lpa. Many good companies such as J.P. Morgan and Goldmann sachs have also come here for placements. The average package is 6lpa. Approximately from Computer science across 70 to 80 percent students are getting placed every year. After my B.tech Degree I would be pursuing my Masters degree from abroad.
