Does Ajeenkya DY Patil University offer scholarships?

ADYPU offers various scholarship programs for the different courses offered. ADYPU has introduced the Police Scholarship Program. Under this, the ward of police personnel gets up to 50% of scholarship. Candidates scoring more than 95% in 10+2 get 100% scholarship.

Are there any Post Graduate Diploma courses at Ajeenkya DY Patil University?

ADYPU offers 2 courses under Post Graduate Diploma (PGDP): Design Driven Entrepreneurship and Digital Modeling.PGDP in Design Driven Entrepreneurship is an 11 months course. Students need to attend the course full time while working professionals need to attend the classes on the weekends. Candidates need to have a Graduation degree in any discipline to apply.PGDP in Digital Modeling is a 9 months course. Candidates are eligible to apply if they have a degree in Graduation in any discipline or 3 years full-time diploma in Engineering.

How can I enrol for the PhD course at Ajeenkya DY Patil University?

Candidates need to apply online through the official website. If eligible, they will have to appear for the PhD Entrance Test (PET).

Is there any registration fee for ACTE at Ajeenkya DY Patil University?

ACTE is the common entrance test for ADYPU. Every candidate needs to appear for ACTE for any course they choose to apply to. A registration fee of INR 2000 is to be paid for the same.

When can I avail the counselling services at Ajeenkya DY Patil University?

Any student can avail the counselling services through an appointment at priya.abraham@adypu.edu.in. The counselling services are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1.30 PM to 5.30 PM.

Life at Ajeenkya DY Patil University

Likes

The Campus area is so much nice or imbience
whole year having events and so much fun
Teachers are friendly with all students and also very talented

Dislikes

There is so much area for parking in campus but not proper.
There is no network in college area instead of Airtel but college have provided wi-fi also.

students can be eligible after completing 4th to 5th semester. In 6th semester which is last semester fo the course , companies start to visit campus . Companies like Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Flipkart and more . recently from pass out batch highest package is 19LPA and average is about 4LPA.About 40 to 50 % students get placed.

Likes

I appreciate the campus and the surrounding infrastructure
I appreciate the faculty and the discipline maintained by the college
I like the opportunities and frequent seminars conducted for students

Dislikes

I dislike the syllabus and think it can be improved
I dislike the method of examination because of low level of practical
I dislike the affordability compared to the facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think the relevance of the course is quite good, the syllabus is up to date however there are some unnecessary things too according to my opinion and those subjects shall be replaced , I'm fed of the written examination even if the course is computer based.

area around college is very decent!! there are not a lot of facilities available nearby

The teachers are good, knows about the industry.
Campus is also good, infrastructure is also nice
The syllabus is upto date and teaches what the industry needed

Dislikes

Fees should be little low for the course

Placements are of now are not that good because this institute is newly affiliated with this college And we are the second or third batch of this college. 5th and 6th sem students are eligible for campus placements. As of now I forgot the companies which visited but their are some big companies and small startups. Percentage of students getting placements is 60% My plan is to do job in game company

The campus is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful campuses in Pune
Also the College culture of events is one of the best in Pune if compared to other colleges
The Placement cell is quite helpful before and after the graduation of an candidate

Dislikes

The college crowd isn't satisfying my expectations
The College Clubs aren't feeling that active
The Fees is definitely in my dislikes because it is high as per the value provided

The Course is satisfying my expectations from the industry and my interest in it. I want to go into game development and for that this id the right course i choosed because i can go into any filed in the industry as i have chosed Plain CSE The Exams are like in every 1.5 months or 2 from this sem, past semester were having 1 exam every month and the exams were from and moderate to high level

Likes

there are a lot more girls in the campus than other
the campus is quite big but not fully used
there r a lot of tress and they are not strict with couples

Dislikes

canteen is quite overcrowded and sometimes u won’t get a seat
u can see cows in the college sometimes probably in the evening
there is no ac in the classrooms and classrooms not pretty

first year is same as anyone but they provide with lot of sessions but not a lot of sports activity and attendance is strict so u have to main a min of 75 attendance and focus on the numericall question

The infrastructure there is absolutely very good and it just feels like a very reputable college also the faculty is also very much supportive and this college also provides certain activities which boosts up the any students confidence helps s lot..
The internet connection is also very much good and
Placement cell is very interactive with students

Dislikes

Parking area is very much small and it doesn't provide us very good facilities there
Internet connection sometimes fluctuating when some imp discussion is forming
Crowd here is very much dumb and does not have much knowledge about the course

Very good because right now new education pattern is formed and due to this various new subjects are there in the program and which gives you more practical based knowledge and which will definitely give s boost to the person or students
