- Doctors are experienced and the teaching is good
- Campus Life is good with colourful events and they also conduct games and quiz where you can win prizes too

- Stipend is also less compared to other government colleges
- Skills are not being thought properly due to lack of infrastructure
Course Curriculum Overview
The current curriculum is cbme based which is clinically oriented. The areas of improvement include the practical skills being thought are not up to the mark. Students pateint ratio is less , so there is less clinical exposure. Every 2 months we have internals and difficulty is easy to moderate.
Internships Opportunities
We will be having one year of internship with a stipend very less compared to other government medical colleges. And also less clinical exposure compared to other government colleges. It would be good if they pay us more stipend
Fees and Financial Aid
Government fees is 1.44 lakhs with 45 thousand college fees and private fees is 10 lakhs with 45 thousand college fees with 1 lakh donation fees at the beginning of the course. The fees has increased currently to 12 lakhs per year. You have to pay 10 thousand for books and aprons in beginning of the course. And every year you have to pay 5k to 10k exam fees. SSP scholarship is given for eligible students
Campus Life
Kannada rajyotsava and ethnic days are being held every year with Ganesha festival too. The books available in Library are good but it comprises of old edition books. Journals are not available every time.
Admission
The reason I got this college is based on my marks in neet. I usually preferred vydehi because it has good infrastructure and good clinical exposure. The admission process was through KEA. I appeared for neet and cet exam. The cut off for this college in 2020 was around 450 to 480
Faculty
Faculties are well experienced and student friendly. All paraclinical and clinical subjects faculties are good. Some faculties are strict and they are arrogant towards students. In each we will have 3 internals followed by finals exams which comprises theory and practicals
Night Life
Gym facility is not good. Cafeteria is good but expensive. Library is good. Public areas are not hygiene and not well built. Hostel timings is upto 10pm and campus timings is 8.30am to 4pm. The locality is not safe to roam during night times but inside the campus it is safe
