Great academic support, good campus life, good infrastructure

The faculty completes the syllabus on time. Students also have to give presentations so that their confidence as well as understanding of the topic is increased. Teaching is mostly with the help of PPTs, also chalk and board is used if needed. Seminars and conferences of industrial person are arranged frequently to give students industry insights. Timings for exams is either in the morning or in the afternoon session.

Internship opportunities are given in the 3rd or 4th semester of the course. Roles such as intern or trainee or project trainee are offered. Companies for internship include intas, alkem, ipca laboratories, ajanta pharma, zydus, etc. Internship can be paid or unpaid.

From 3rd or 4th semester students become eligible for placements. Many students persue 6 months internship in their 3rd semester. Companies that visited include Endo par formulations, Torrent, MacLeods, etc. Packages range from 2.8 to 4.8 LPA or higher.

The total fees per year is 157000. You can get government scholarships for example fees for OBC candidates admitted through CAP rounds is 90 k. Fees for NT category candidates is approximately 20k. Apart from this, exam fees of approximately 2k is to paid each semester.

Library is available in the college as well as a large central library is also present in the campus. Books are available in good amount. Sports facilities are available. Large sports ground is available for outdoor sports and indoor sports like chess, table tennis and carrom are encouraged. Garba night is arranged in Navratri, Annual gathering is arranged, sports competitions are arranged by the college.

I have not applied for other colleges because I want to do M.Pharm in regulatory affairs and this is one of the best colleges in Maharashtra for M.Pharm. Also, they encourage and help students to get internship in the final year of the course which provides valuable industrial exposure to the students. Also, placements is the major factor due to which this college is preferred.

The faculty is very supportive and always encourage students and their ideas. There are 2 sessional exams and one Semester exam in each semester. The level of exams is moderate for those who study regularly. The college is Autonomous and the paper is mostly applicable based.

As the college is not in a big city, the list of places to hang out is limited. Some cafes and hotels are available in nearby area to the college. There is a famous garden to hangout near the college, water park is available nearby. Also local temples can be visited.
