What Students Say

Likes

Unnecessary subject has been removed only focus on department specific subject
Coding in 1st year for all departments good for all students
A long 3 months holidays in summer for summer after every even semester

Dislikes

No to much free hand to students some not good for who wants to do other thing
Girls to boys ratio is not so good 1:8 approx
Do not expect to much infrastructure from this college

Course Curriculum Overview

Sometimes too much theory overall it is same as other nit and iiit not much different so do not expect from frequency is not much for exams one mid in mid of semester and then end sem but you will not get much gap in exam

Class Size: 81Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

No tution fee for SC St and good scholarship for OBC SC St from nsp 100000 per semester fee for a student for OBC and general students I got 216000 in 2 nd year because there was because my scholarship was not there in my 1st year

Campus Life

Solasta is the fest we have every year fest depends on students how they do plan that and we have inter iiit spots meet where all iiit students participated in various spots and can win medal for college

Hostel Facilities

Hostel are given first come first serve base you can choose any room available in first year after your shift to new hostel in 2nd year 3 person in share room in first year after that 2 person in 2nd year and then single

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

I was not expecting this and you can only get this college from jee mains rank it was at bottom I do not know how I get but this have not much fee compare to other I choose this college no other reason

Faculty

Faculty are not much but some are visting faculty attendance is very important it should not go less than 75 so Beawar 2 exam 1 mid sem 30 marks 20 marks assignment and other thing like viva and 50 for end sem

Interview Experience

till now i have not given any interview so i can't say anything but you can apply off campus and many student are applying off campus but do not think of any support from college it is up to you how you you do it

Night Life

Night life is not much active like by you can roam around but in college no one stops you cannot go out of college after 5 pm and entery time is 8.pm we have a new cafeterias and new library also you can go there but not

A Great Learning Experience at Ashoka

Likes

I like that every faculty in our college supports and encourage each and every student to get placed. I also like the Training and Placement Department because they regularly organized aptitude, communication, technical trainings .
I like the innovative teaching method in our college, where we undergo with different activities that makes us to understand the concepts in an easy way

Dislikes

Network issue in college environment as well as in hostel

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start from the 3-2 semester with pre-placement training, aptitude test, coding rounds and interviews. Companies like HSBC, Prowess soft, ADP, Infinite computer solutions and many more companies visited the campus for recuritment. The average package is around 3.5 LPA while the highest package is 16.43 LPA in 2026 and varies each year. I was selected by Infinite Computer Solution in 4-1 semester itself with a package of 4.5 LPA. After my graduation, I plan to build my career in software development and enhance my techinal skills.

the engagement with campus was very good and memorable in life, Social interactions are decent. campus Amenities was super. Clean Campus
most of the faculty Ph.D. holders and All the curriculum subjects up to date. everything is job market

Placement Experience:

Our College placements is very good, 150+ Companies visted our college and more than 990+ Students placed in Companies recently, our college hightest package was 22LPA and visited companies like, Infosys, TCS, Meesho, EvokeTechnologies, Envidia, Deloitte, Snovasys, TATA electronics, Meil, Cntl S. Etc.

VIIT - What all you need.

Likes

Infrastructure at the college is good and facilities are available.
Faculty will teach the complete syllabus nd if any student is having doubts, they can approach the faculty to get their doubts clarified.
Regular, assessment tests are being conducted to know the knowledge of the students.

Dislikes

Multiple tests to assess students in various aspects.
More co-curricular and extra curricular activities have to be there.

Placement Experience:

The college offers placements to its students. The college invited more than 30 software companies to the college annually where students can apply based on the criteria mentioned by the company and interest of the students. The placed students count is also good compared to the eligible students count.

Pace institute of technology and sciences have 26 clubs to train the students on their interested path (like Ml club for machnine learning and AI club for knowing the technologies in AI) it also have NCC and NSS
The college culture wasvery good and management also helpful and supportive, it also have modernised auditorium for guding the huge member of students and to conduct high level meeting in the college it also have good transport facilites
this college have well maintained digital class rooms with good projector facility and advanced smart board equipped seminar hall

Placement Experience:

Every students eligible for placements in the 3rd year, Top Mnc companies visit the campus like Infosys, TCS, Meesho, Deloite, Meil, control s, etc. highest placement is 22 Lakhs per anum and the average package is 6LPA it provides perfect placement with top companies have supperate cell for training and placement with highlyknowldged faculty.

Why Kl university

Likes

I like the infrastructure of my university
College life is very good and there will be no stress

The thing I disliked is the timings of the classes
Another thing is to travel for long time if you are local

I would rate the circulam 10 out of 10 because in our cirrculum we will learing skills like dbms, full stack which will we useful in our placements. we have two mid examinations first 50% of the syllabus will be on mid1, another 50% will be mid2 and one semeter end exam.

Kits college overall review

Likes

Very disciplined college, rules are very strict in shirt tuck shoes mandatory for boys along with id card.
Other activities like functions,events participations is good
Infrastructure and maintenance is very good

Dislikes

They will ask you to pay full fee before government disperse the amount
Barely communicate between opposite genders due to strict rules
Placements from past year is not up to the mark

Actually for every 6 months we have to complete one semester,due to Covid in our batch time we completed the course quite fast,after Covid the classes are done according to the time and we also participate multiple hackathon to represent out ideas and some skill oriented programming organisations

the thing i like more in our college is firstly dicipline
the thing i like in our college are more but mostly we can say friendly and experienced faculty
in my college every topic is explained practically it is very help fullfor our studies

i dont like the thing our college management dont allow us to bring mobile to college
second thing was we not even permiable to talk with opposite gender freely
some of the rules in our college represent a school

The real IIIT, that is IIITDM Kurnool

I choose IIITDM Karun or NIT and state colleges due to its design focused curriculum modern labs and faculty while initiatives offer better placement IIITDM K provides strong research opportunities I applied to NIT and IIIT but missed top choices due to JE main rank IITDM Kurnool cut off was within range so I joined through JOSAA counselling. Life In IIITDM KURNOOL

I got 97.8 percentile in JEE mains and I am a OC candidate I got seat in IIITDM Kurnool. There are many other colleges but I have choosen this college because it is near to my home state and there will be many people of our same mother tounge and it will be easy to survive over here.
