Course Curriculum Overview
According to the average curriculum, the stuff we learn here can be said as useless in maximum amount. The datesheet planning is very poor and they don't give enough preparation time in between the semester exams.
Fees and Financial Aid
The average fee changes depending on the course a person is taking, for b.sc(hons) biotechnology it is 30k per semester including the lab fee and academics. We pay an additional of 1500 for the exam fee, that too per semester. For sc students, it is 15k + 1500(exam fee) per semesters including the lab fee.
Campus Life
The students involvement and social activities is pretty good here, there are many cultural and sports clubs as well as separate buildings for them across the campus. The library is also pretty big and contains all the needed books one can need for the course
Hostel Facilities
The hostels are enough for a person to live and attend the classes, there isn't anything much about it here. The hostel staff tho can be pretty negligent and would sometimes even be outright abashed.
Admission
Because of the campus and infrastructure of the campus. The fee structure is also good. Along with the hostel facilities and fee structure of the whole, which was very convenient as someone living far away from home.
Faculty
Most of the faculty is nice and helpful, but there are some which can be very condescending and would just demotivate towards the students they deemed as not worth it, even when they haven't interacted with them.
Night Life
The girls are not allowed to have a night life here. After many applications and demands the girls are now able to be outside the hostel area till 7:30 but after that we are to again be inside the hostel campus till the next morning.
