Remarks
Very rare colleges provide a master's in science degree in psychology with a specialization of clinical psychology. I was always very interested in human behaviour and wanted to continue having a science background. The university provides great research opportunities
Course Curriculum Overview
I feel the curriculum needs an update but the faculties very nice to give us extra study materials and information on the latest trends in the areas. Dr. Anand pratap Singh my hod has made sure to provide us with every opportunity and exposure even at international level.
Placement Experience
Although there are many placement drives but in my field people usually go for higher studies such as mphill and phd. Hence I am not aware of this particular area. Plus there is no campus placements initiatives in my university related to psychology.
College Events
We had lots of fests and activities on university level as well as department level. Sports both indoor and outdoors are encouraged. There are differences cultural clubs and several hostel parties conducted.
Campus Life
Very well facillated. Good library, hostel and beautiful campus. Even in the outskirts it hardly felt like we were away. Good conectivity. Open air theater, multiple auditoriums, lots of greenery and a peaceful pond in the centre with huge buddha statue nearby.
Hostel Facilities
The girls hostels are well built. They provide a bed. Wardrobe. Study table and a self. Single rooms with personal balconies are allotted. Bathrooms are built on shared purposes. Internet and electricty is present 24*7. Mess is inside the girls hostel campus. There are security guards on every campus entry and exit gate. The food is fine. There is hostel canteen also. The hostel campus is also well built and very beautiful. There are around 7 huge hostels.
