The accommodation, is the best here The campus and the infrastructure is the main best feature of the college here but the faculties and the alumni needs to get more generous towards the students and the academics should be held a little bit higher in levels as compared to other colleges.

For admissions in architecture field we have to give an examination named NATA which is national aptitude test in architecture, comprising of 50% weightage of NATA and 50% weightage of the percentage of marks in 12th board a rank list is being obtained and on the basis of that rank list the admissions were finalized in our University, for architecture. Although there was no Interview for the admission procedure. The reason behind me opting the course was the interest in arts and sketching which further pulled me over to opt architecture.

According to me the course at this very point of time is the most interesting course people can opt for because the architecture completely rely on the imagination of an individual or the practicality of the things he/she sees in day to day life. Basically B.arch relies fully on the practical learning of things and in our course its like 70% of the practical learning and 30% of the theory or the bookish learning or teachings.

In architecture the students have to find his/her own office for where he have to intern for the experience the college doesn't provide internship in B.arch but it does in other courses like B.tech and biotechnology etc

The first batch from our University passed out last year and the placements were quite good Companies have tie ups with our University.

College culture event is abhivyanjna and it is organised every year and is quite a good event comprised of many enjoyable activities.Its not actually quite big but on a scale of 10 i will mark it 6 . There are many events and tournaments for sports organized here. Even the international events are also organized in our University's indoor stadium like pro kabaddi league and recently an international table tennis tournament is also going on here. In the field of sports the University is quite good.

Fee structure for B.arch is as follow- B.arch - 95,000 Hostel charges per annum - 30,000 Food charges per academic year - 25,500 One time registration fees - 10,000 ( non refundable) Security deposit - 10,000(refundable)

Scholarship is being provided here to students in the quota. And on the basis of their marks obtained.

As mentioned above extracurricular activities including sports and music , dramatics, dancing for every activity a culture group of students is being made and the activities and events are held by students time to time.

Right now we are staying in the hostels because actually they are compulsory for us. We have single accommodation rooms here for students which are quite an advantage as compared to other colleges which have shared accommodations as we have full privacy and also provided with a fast LAN connectivity in every room for internet. Alumni interacts with students time to time for proper positive response from students regarding the facilities provided from the University. And yes the alumni contribute in the overall development of the colleges sometimes while there are some times when there occurs a sense of ignorance from the alumni towards the students.

Actually the studio sessions of architects are really tiring at the end of the day and its a universal truth for the profession of architecture and we become use to it with time . But when the chilling music in our studios plays itself with our artistic designs thats what makes us calm and set our minds free for our field.

The faculties appointed for our department are all with the degree of master in architecture (M.arch) and also Phd's. The interaction differs from teacher to teacher some of the faculty is truely nice on the other hand some are non cooperative sometimes but that doesn't means we didn't learn something from them they are well qualifies and good faculties.
