Course Curriculum Overview

Cariculam of our college are nice and every students know each other because of programs held in the college and make every students friend and might help each other for every situationship. That is the real freindship

Class Size: 57Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My first sem fee's was 78000 because of NRI seat have I selected for entering the college . I have full passed the 1st sem and the second sem fees was around 50000 if I was also full passed the 2nd sem I would get the scholarship for the exam

Campus Life

Campus life if kind of freedom in every where if the electricity is gone in class so we all can reach the outside and study well because most of the students like studying from outside the class comparing with studying inside the class

Admission

I choose this college because of the most all of the students are passed of with good placements and grades all of them reaches in good level beacuse of the teaching method and atmosphere of the college

Faculty

Faculty's behaviour twowards the students are not bad If we have any doubt the we can ask to teaches they will suerly support and correct our problem and make a possible answers so we can write the exam nice

Night Life

There are nss iedc most of the branches have there own group they travel all the industries. And study well The boys hostel is the most good in campus life i Timing of the college is 9 to 4 The library of the college is good

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good, but not great. Because only 50% of students in a class are getting placed. From S7 onwards the placements have been started for our department. But for other departments, from S8 only companies have arrived. For CSE department, many companies are coming which include Cognizant, SOTI, Mitsogo, EY, 6D Technologies, etc. Our senior batch students have placed at many companies in this. But comparing with other senior batches, the placements at our batch is really bad.

There are no cut off, but you must write entrance exam, Lal Bahadur Shastri Entrence Exam or Central University Exam.you must write one of them to join MCA department. All the froms must be collected from the office of the college itself...Read More
