Likes

Learning facilities is good, infrastructure is also good, engagement is also good... interaction from seniors and teachers is also good
Societies like library club, debating society, cultural society are also good

Dislikes

Drinking water facilities ... it's not clean
Hygiene issues in washroom areas which is not good

Course Curriculum Overview

This course is one of my favourite because it's interesting to know about the current politics internationally and nationally Timing of exams are sufficient for the students to complete their paper if he/she has clear concept of their topic

Class Size: 300Course Fees: INR 11000 per year

Internships Opportunities

As a fresher i don't know much about this but as much as I heard about this topic from our seniors internship opportunities is competitively good as compared to other clgs of DU projects are sometimes related to elections also

Placement Experience

Placement of our college is not that much good as per my course Companies like bank of america, Wipro and many other MNCs Percentage of students getting placements is high My plan after getting the degree is further studies and other competitive exams

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise fees is around 11000 Admission fee is 15000 for our course The categories like SC ST OBC get some advantage here but on the other hand students from general category didn't get any relief Registeration fees are also too high

Campus Life

Campus life is overall good which is necessary for the students for their overall well being....social groups like team animal team alpha are there Technological provisions within the classrooms are like projector, etc

Admission

Because the college which I was targeting having high cut offs On the basis of infrastructure, hygiene, campus life, societies Admission process was online and physical verification was both in online and offline mode

Faculty

Faculty members are nice My course structure is BA PROGRAM(HISTORY+ POLITICAL SCIENCE) Exam system is overall good Marking scheme should be explained with more details It's not that difficult to score good marks in semester exams You just need to attend the cls regularly That's it

Night Life

It's not that safe as compared to JNU Locality is not that much safe to roam around at night Library public area park cafeterias are there at reasonable prices Hostel timing is 10 pm at night And this was my experience

Placement Experience:

Worst decision ever

Placement Experience:

Personally, i have good amount of experience in the industry so i might just not need vollege placements. But fir the senior batch i think only a fee got placed but rest of the students are doing things personally.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The ba programe here is little different from other colleges accross the country. The curriculum is quite diversified. If you are intrested in arts , there is lot to learn. If one want to become writter or any thing related to literature , or want to become historian , geo-politics expert,etc. The course is quite good. The exams held every four and a half or five months and the difficulty level is moderate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Like this course is about rights and authorities which is very important for everyone nowadays and specially when you are a girl so that nobody couldn't dominate you. We read about what were the past sceniors towards the lower castes or women which is also happens in most of the states and cities but this curriculum taught us whats the reality of the world and how to be independent and how to protest for our rights . Even we can more learn about this if the faculity organises those things via presentation or streamings with some videos so it will be more helpful in our exams too!!

English honours was my first preference because I like to read and write. Analysing texts is something I was always fond of and with the guidance of my professors it's become more fun. The course has not much placements opportunities.

Courses currilcum is very good in my opinion but some have different choices. This college has variety of courses. But the best part is that ith has teach courses also like ba in computer ma etc. they provide ba in physical education too.

the course curriculum is not so good like it has to be a little bit easy because students come directly from school and the syllabus of college should be in relevance to the school curriculum in school we have been taught basic ncert books in college we are supposed to make reasearch papers and discuss on them suddenly very broad concepts come of which students get blank eventually one has to study themselves for good cgpa no examination scheme is explained by the teachers, even nothing is being informed about this

Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd year. Very prominent companies like Deloitte visits for campus placement. The post of data analysts, consultant etc are offered. The highest package offered till now is of 49lpa which was from Economics hons.

University of delhi - A dream of many

It was all pre planned that I have to opt for bcom hons course. Your admission in university of delhi is all based upon your cuet exam score. Cuet is a all india entrance exam that allows your entry to various colleges around india Same is with delhi university. Admission is based upon scores you got. So basically I have applied in around 80 colleges of Delhi University with the combination of both bcom hons course and bcom. Starting from the top I had listed the top colleges like SRCC, LSR etc. But As my score was around 681/800 and also belonging from general category it is quite difficult to get admission in such a course. Bcom hons is the most in demand course of delhi university and also the competition is very high for such courses. Cut offs really goes up if you want to get in top colleges....Read More

I just applied only for Lakshmi Bai college and I got this one I applied for this college because it's all girls college which I preferred over all colleges.
