Lots of students apply for internship and a lots opt for it and get stipend like 10 to 18 thousand per month . Todays stipend is mandatory for placements . Companies like haldia petrochemicals, HPL, johnson, etcprovide internship programme.

After 7 th semester students gets placed, companies like HPL, wipro, Haldia petrochemicals, johnson, infosis, himadrichemicals, lnt, TCS, etchighest package in 2023 was 33LPA and lowest was 11 LPA, percantage was 89 percentage, plansafter btech is simple establish startups .

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes , HIT PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIP FOR ALL STUDENTS , IT IS 2 . 40 LAKHS IN 4 YEARS OF ENGG. BESIDESS STUDENT ALSO GET SCHLORSHIP EVEN THEY STUDY IN TFW QUOTA. I WOULD HAVE TO PAY RUPEES 60,000 IN SECOND SEM. HEREFEES DO NOT HIKE . CAMPUS IS MESMERIZING. SENIORS ARE GOOD , VERY HELPFUL. THANKS

Campus Life

Campus is very mesmerizing, green beautiful campus . Sportsmeets occur in our college, ahuge collection of books is there you can issue it after having a card, various clubs also present recent hackathon conduction occur.

Admission

Haldia is best for core company placements whereas other colleges are not . Youhave to qualify wbjee exam or jee main . If I say about elligibility critrria you have to make class 12 passed with good marks.

Faculty

Faculty to student is typically big. Faculty are realy helpful they just become friends once you appreciate them . There 2 semestrr in a year and before one semester you are given 2 class test and besides there are labs report, assignments ets

Interview Experience

There are various group discuusions takes place like various project ideas development, skill development, variousclubs make ourselves prepare for the ideas and helps them for other purposes like general aptitude, verbal aptitude etc

Night Life

Night life is to chill, weoften go for tea in a nearby teashop, gym is well equipped with welled gym trainer, momomia, hfc, aqusa, etcpresent here, badminton , volleyball court present here. Beautiful road are there.

The placement of the college is not that much which I expected but not also very bad the highest package of the college is around 51 lack and the average package is like 11-12 lack and the median of the college is 10 lack pretty much good and placement percent is around 88 percent of students placed every year

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else

Not an Ideal college for campus Life

Ofcourse,I have applied for better colleges than the HIT , but I got this college which is also not bad , but it is situated in haldia which is a side area , which is undeveloped that much. For applying in any colleges you have to comes under the cutoffs , and accordingly that you get the college but you have money to pay then you can choose the college by your choices and take admission through direct admission cotta.
