The best thing about my college NIT PATNA is wonderful campus.

Less availablity of ground for playing outdoor games.

Course Curriculum Overview

It helps us to make the education process a student centric activity. To develop cognitive , phsycomotor and interpersonal skill . It helps in decision making for future. To make evaluation an integeral part of teaching learning process.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees per semester= 60000 including everything And some batchmate fee=80000 . I am pursuing by BTech in NIT Patna in electrical engineering.I joined this college by qualify JEE Mains in year 2024 with 97.71 percentile.

Campus Life

College life teaches us to be independent . It exposes us to new experiences and things that were not familiar with earlier . Most importantly , college life gives us various challenges than our school life.

Admission

I m interested in this type of because this is a premier and highly rated college of this region, and academic standard is high , discipline and ambience is very good and infrastructure,labs, workshop.

Faculty

Faculty to Student ratio is 75:1. Faculty are too sincere came always in time and very nice communication between him and us. And very good behaviour of faculty like a friend to solve all problems and trouble in class or out of class.

Night Life

Student clubs are a fantastic way to find friends and grow academic , socially , and personally during college . There are clubs of every type of college students , from academic purists to social athletes.

A Comprehensive Insight into IIT PATNA

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester,the students become eligible for the campus placements. Recently Samsung company visited our college and hired some people. Last year(2023), the highest package offered was 82.05 lpa from Amazon. Some other top recruiters include Cognizant, Adobe, some consultant companies like Collegedunia,etc Last year then percentage for students getting placed was 98.65% (in CSE) Overall it was 85% . My plan is to clear the Gate entrance exam and pursue higher studies from top institutes.

Tier 3 college but good enviornment

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement in 7th semester. The colege placements has increased in recent years with better companies visiting. Company visiting are prism cement, tcs, wipro and many sales vompany Around 10 companies visit during placements Lowest package is 3.6 lpa and highest package is 6.5 lpa Around 90% of cse students are placed, 30% mechanical and ee students. Civil students dont opt for placements. I am currently preparing for civil services exams. Plan to get a govenment job.

The tag of NIT and the location were 2 important reasonsNever had the interest in coding and always had an interest in electrical right from 12th class. Though NIT Patna was formed in 2004. It was Patna university from before. In 2004 there were only 3 branches which are core branches. So through students we got to know about the equipment in lab, faculty and resources for Electrical students. and thus decided that it would be better to do B.Tech in Electrical from NIT Patna. Small campus (the campus size is small but in next 4-5yrs a new campus is being build and its work has been started soo the upcoming students will find it best) and definetly I think the rank will improve.
