Our college is one among top 10 colleges in Karnataka. Our college encourages us to get placed while we arein final year. There will be many competition in our college so therewe can showcase our talent it may be projects or sports or any other extracurricular activities.
Course Curriculum Overview
My course is automation and robotics, which includes subjects of mechanical, electrical and electronics and computer science, in every semester we used to learn all 3 branches subjects even labs too. Exam structure is like For theory out of 100 marks there will be 50 marks dedicated for minor exms (internals) and 50 will be for sem end. For labs out of 100 marks 80 will be put on daily assessments which were given in the labs and anpther 20 marks will be based on course project or there will be a sem end exam.
Placement Experience
Placement opportunities are very good at our college for all branchea except civil, biotechnology and automation and robotics dept. Yes our college allow us to do internship. And stipend depends upon the company under which we do internship.
College Events
There will be a national fest called pleadies in which students from different states do participate in the events such as robowars, game of thrones and there will be workshops too. Rather than this there will be many events under make in bvb such as pupa, butterfly
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's quite expensive, as they provide good lab infrastructure and sports facilities too. They give trainings also concerned to respective branches. If you comes under caste categories fees will be less.
Fees and Financial Aid
In our college we have govt scholarships which comes under Karnataka govt., It is for who were having invome certificate of less than 4lakhs and studemts who comes under backward classes. We have Scholarship section too.
Campus Life
Extra curricular activities are there at our college we can do participate in dance, singing, fashion show and many. Our college conducts interdepartmental sports activities like cricket, kabaddi, badminton and many. We can also compete at vtu levels also.
Hostel Facilities
Yes i am staying in hostel, we have 3 hostels, in that 2 are new and the other is old rather than these there is another hostel for only the juniors who will be studying in 1st year and facilities in hostel are we can get newspaper daily there is tv room, attached bathroom rooms and without attached also available.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes there is a dedicated section for alumni's, and there is website too for them. Yes they are very helpful while taking the decision of selecting the subjects. They help us during our project work also.
Faculty
They were very nice to us in both teaching and making us to do projects. They also help us to compete in many project competetions. They gave us knowledge about the real world problems. They took us to industrial visits and allowed us to do internship.
