My college experience

positive:student quality and dedication of students towards studying or programming or any technical stuff . e-cell of college working for students to make their startups run negative:placement cell is poor .faculty is worst.

as AKTU has slashed off many subjects this year so course is not very tough.In the whole semester there will be three sessional exams in which 2 are compulsory and 1 is optional . sessional comprise of 30 marks . after sessionals there comes University test i.e. semester exams in which paper is of 100 marks of each subject

placements are very less here . average package is around 2.6 to 3.6 lpa . core branch placement are very very low. But as the student quality is very good here so most students go for off campus placements and get very awesome packages . no our college provides no internship

Two main events are celebrated in our college 1: ZEALICON : this is the annual techno cultural fest of our college with average of 5000 footfalls . 2: MYTHRI: this is the annual sports fest of our college

fee structure is very expensive here . college fee is around 1 .5 lpa and hostel fee is 89000 this year . its non feasible for poor students . but there is a option . AKTU provides scholarship to those students whose father's income is less than 2.5 lpa . Scholarship amount varies from 45000 to 120000 depending on caste of the student and also many criterion is seen

computer labs are quite good. they have all computers in working condition . electrical lab and CAD lab is also good.sports facilities are very poor.college has sports equipments in broken condition which are never changed.

hostel infrastructure is average here .3 students live in a single room in non ac hostel and also 3 students in ac hostel.facilities like repairing something like fan or door is very good . you just have to fill the register in the warden office and you will have your solution done in under 3 hour . food quality is good but food is very tasteless as there are 700 students residing in the hostel .

senior students are very helpful here . they help their juniors in getting internships and all but if i talk about alumni network it is worst.many passouts are working in google samsung nvidia like companies but college dont care about or contact them. thats why placement conditions are bad here..alumni network plays a very important role in placements of a college

as the college owner is a south indian so most of the faculty are south indians which are non cooperative with students . actually they are half minded . they dont know how to treat students they dont know how to teach and everything. there is also lingual problem as college is located in north india and faculty are south indians . north indian faculty present here are very good
