Review for Pdpu

Pdpu has great campus life and also nature of students is great. There are tons of clubs and events happening now and then and so the campus is a very happening place. Only downside of the college is that it is very expensive

Course curriculum is great. Pdpu is autonomous university. There are two exams in a semester i.e mid sem (50 marks) and end sem (100 marks) and also internal assignment which consists of 25% of the entire course. To pass a course the student had to get minimum of 40 marks.

Companies like L&t, ABB, reliance come to campus for placement but only take a few students. College has a compulsory summer internship during 7th sem. The place for internship is provided by the college itself

There are lot of events happening now and then in pdpu We have a technical event named Tessreact which is hosted by students of school of technology And flare which is a cultural event which is organized by school of liberal studies

Fee structure is expensive there are different fees structure for different students ( school of technology and school of liberal studies) For merit students it is 1.6 lakhs And for NRI students if if 2.4 almost double per sem

College provides scholarships to students who score good cgpa in all semester the gpa should be around 9.5 to avail the scholarships. Also for OBC,ST there is 50% deduction in overall fees per semester

Pdpu has all kinds of sports like football ,cricket, handball, kho kho, kabadi,lawn tennis, volleyball,basketball. Pdpu had best labs around gujarat you wont find these lab facilities nowhere . There are also lot of different clubs

Hostel is amazing, you wouldn’t find any better hostel than pdpu has. Its like a 3 star hotel and i am not kidding. They provide with superfast wifi, laundry, cold water and canteen facilities which is open till 1 am

Senior students are very friendly and helpful. There is no type of ragging happening in hostel and in campus. We have an alumni meet every year in which current students have one to one discussion with each other

Faculty of pdpu comes majorly from NIT and IITs and all are required to complete phd degree within 5 years of job. If the faculty is not able to completely his/her phd then he is terminated from pdpu.
