- So as it was private college, most students are from nearby area that was fine
- Staff members are so friendly and cooperative
- Learning atmosphere is also good and strict
Dislikes
- Library is so far not that much good. Whenever we go to take book mostly it will be taken
- Transportation facilities also was less when considering non college time, like extra class
- No good shops are near , only canteen is so bad
Course Curriculum Overview
So when we consider curriculum, I was in 2015 KTU curriculum and it was not that much updated with current technology. But after there was 2019 KTU curriculum which is more adapted with current technology are better. So curriculum not only will help us to obtain real life experience, so they will need us to complete extra curricular activities which is need 100 points mandatory for course completion is there , so considering that it is a good thing. You need to do intership, courses etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
I was in private quota so my fees was 50000 per year , if you pass Kerala entrance exam fees will be around 5000 per sem. So it will be better to clear entrance exam . And NRI fees was around 60000 per year.
Campus Life
So we had tech fest and annual fest. Both varies but one will be end of year and one is around March. So Library is not that much books available. Whenever we go to take some books, they will be already with students as there will be 2 or 3 books. So facilities are good. Sports also better because we have a inter college volleyball championship conduct in our college. So there are IEDC and IEEE clubs are there.
Admission
Actually I didn't write entrance exam and so the only option was to take admission in private college. So this was college was near and took admission. I couldn't apply to any other colleges. So for addmission process I had attended a college test which similar to entrance exam and based on that I took admission.
Faculty
So student to faculty ratio is 10:1 considering all 4 years , and they are so friendly towards students. So we can approach them like our family. So my fav faculties were Usha miss , Deepa miss. So there was not any faculty that was bad or i didn't liked. Exams considering internal exams , they will tell us to what to study to pass the exam , but those will be most tough areas to study.but that will be a sure question for university exam
Night Life
Yes there is gym in our College that was much better for students. Cafeteria is average when you look at facilities. Public area is very much like ground, basketball field etc. so as there is many families around college and temple also near the night life is very much well.
