Entrance Preview

Kerala state entrance examination. I dont remember the score, i was there in the ranklist eligible for taking the course.

Internships Opportunities

I did an internship at bosch. That was part of my induatrial visit. It was a great experience. We also visited kudamkulam nuclwar plant as part.

Placement Experience

Around 30 where placed when infosys came to our campus last week. Other companies include tata consultancy services, IBS, IBM. And other IT companies.

College Events

We celebrate onam every year. Exmas is celebrated only by the freshers. We also got a intercollege fest called tejavi. Its an art and technical fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Since this is aself financing institition fees is a bit expensive nearly 1 lakh rupees.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes scholarship/loan facility is offered by our college. A friend of mine is studying with an educational loan which i guess Will have to payback after the course.

Campus Life

Campus life is too strict. I found it really hard to be there at first. Later i started adjusting with the conditions. There is not much entertainment other than onam celebration, college day and sports day.

Exam Structure

We got 3 series exams in a sem. A model exam is conducted before the university exam. By the end of the sem it gets a bit tight. There is time for only 2 series exams still the managemnt conducts a 3rd one which makes the end of sem tight along with compl

As seniors said the average package is around 10lpa.If you have descent skills and above 8 cgpa you will get this average package. If you upskill yourself with effort which many students do here then you can also get above 15lpa which many seniors got.The highest package was off-campus by an ECE Student in Google despite having cgpa around 6.He had very good skills as a full stack developer.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.
