Course Curriculum Overview

4

Cirriculum is updated and field specific. The couse is very tightly packed and overload with syllabus which make students stressed and very of them face depression so it should be lightened and also some extracirricular stuff should be added to make students less strss full.Exams are difficult and hard to crack with a 20% of students getting failed and some of them to get a year back.

Internships Opportunities

3

like every other medical college it has a one year of compulsory internship with a pay of 30000 per month. Internship very hectic as our hospital has a daily load of more than 4000 patients. senior junior relation is fine but worklload is very much. There are opportunities of research and a lot of paid projects come in our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise tution fee is 1 lakh, 5000 caution deposit, and other charges are combined together which is of 8900 For students who coe from All india quota and State quota while for Insured person quota the tution fee is 2400 while other charges are same.No scholarship is rewarded on behalf of college but you can always apply for other scholarship schemes.

Campus Life

5

Seniors are very good and supportive. Interactive with them is very good. Classrooms are equiped with latest tech and facilities. Campus have a gym and all the major sports facilities and all of them are free of costs including equiptment. As for library all the books are available with a support of e library.Clubs of different activities are there and fully functional which are run by students themselves.

Hostel Facilities

4

the hostel is in form of a 2bhk flat with 4 people sharing the same hostel has all the basic facilities like gyeser and furniture. mess menu is nutritious and well balanced with balance of south and north indian dishes.Hostel fee is only 10000 for a year and 10000 security charges which are refundable so it is very much affordable.

Admission

It is a centrally funded institute and infrastucture is very good also situated in a very good location providing very good city exposure. Fees is on a higher side but good from private colleges.Other colleges in haryana have 5year bond system so it is very better than serving in rular areas.

Faculty

5

Faculty here are very trained and have a loy of experience in one of the most prestigious institutes of india. Even after that faculty is very freindly and interactive. All faculties are very good but faculty for anatomy are the most freindly and supportive. They also provide personal advice. There is no such faculty which is harsh or something but HOD should not be taken lightly. There are so many exams in mbbs but the main ones are Mid terms and final prof exam. Exams are touch as they need you to score minimum 50% marks to pass. Many of the students fail to clear the exam but they a supplementry exam.MBBS curriclulum is very relative and constanly updated as doctors deal with a persons life so Gov updates them on time to be at par with international standards.

Night Life

4

Gym is very good and the equipment are present, there is a seperate gym for girls which is very good the closing time for gym is 11pm but it may very. For library it is very mordern and computer are also available with a closing time of 1 a.m it also have a reading room. For boys there is no hostel timing but for girls it is 10 pm foor there security. There sre a lot of caffes and restraus near college where most of the students go and hangout.

Course Curriculum Overview:

New nmc curriculum is quite clinical based and practical also the practicals in different subjects help us to grab the concept even more. Syllabus is quite vast and difficult to cover. Exam frequency is very high evil give pcts after every topic completion and two internals and two centres and one professional exam is also there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I've always wanted to become a doctor. Every batch consists of 150 students and for every subject, there are at least 4-5 professors. All faculty members are of course doctors with varying degrees of specialization in their respective fields. Their teaching method is through PowerPoint slides for theory classes and practical's are held in respective labs as it happens everywhere else usually. As for now, due to COVID exams being postponed otherwise before the pandemic, exams were held on time. Exams in a medical college are always slightly more difficult than other courses otherwise if you study properly it's not that tough to pass.
