Likes

Study culture:Every student is studying something and they're keeping themselves busy in studies while also doing other curriculum activities
Good and friendly seniors:Seniors are mostly very supporting and helpful which is very rare
Good batchmates:Most of the batchmates are not self centred but instead they are very helpful

Dislikes

Hostle management:Some unnecessary rules are there but the strictness is maintained but there are many unnecessary rules
Distance between hostel and main college building:The distance between main college building and hostel is very far it is almost 2 km so going to do class and coming back is very tiring and frustrating

Course Curriculum Overview

I liked programming so this course is helping me to develop my programming skills well not only in one programming language but in other programming language too. The areas for improvements as of me is that they should introduce subjects which are only related to that course that will help the students to be more and more invested

Class Size: 1390Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My Year-wise fees is 3,00,000 because i have got CSE core course in category 2. Tuition fees is 3,00,000 Caution fees is 15,000 Lab fees is 4,000 And mess fees is 78,000 And hostel fees is 1,03,000 My other roommate fees are comparatively low as they have got Their programs at category 1 and their annual fees is 1,45,000

Campus Life

Many books are available in library. Comics are also available for enjoyment and refreshment. There are many sports events done by college mostly are cricket and basketball. There are many cultural groups.

Admission

I only applied for this college as i have got a decent rank in my Viteee exam . The admission process is simple after the results of the exams are given they give you phases for online counselling for courses according to your rank. Then the admission goes on like every college is done.

Faculty

Faculty to student relationship is mostly good. Most of the teachers are helpful and friendly The faculty i personally liked is Chandan Kumar Behera as he is very good and helpful There are 2 exams in a semester

Night Life

Gym in our hostel is available at morning 6 am to 10 am and at evening from 6 pm to 8 pm. Girls hostels got closed at 8pm and boys hostel at 10 pm. Famous hangout place in our campus is "underbelly" which is a hangout place for students

Average college with no placements and exposure

Likes

I like infrastructure of the campus... infrastructure are very beautiful.
Library. I like library facilities college provide and we can take book from there.
Canteen not..much but I likes this average

Dislikes

Placement their is no placement or limit placement only 2-3LPA
Bus Facility their Very poor bus facilities
Labs their labs computer are not working properly

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the curriculum around 5 or 6 out of 10. i chose this course mainly because of the computer and coding subjects. the syllabus is mostly theory based and many topics are not very useful for current industry needs. practical classes and real projects are also limited. more coding, projects and updated technologies should be added. exams are frequent during the semester and the difficulty is mostly average but sometimes checking feels strict.

I like the faculty of Gyan ganga college of Technology. They are very good.
I like the campus of college and it is very clean comparing to other institutes.
I like the placement given by our college and also rate of placement.

Dislikes

There is nothing about my college which I disliked
i like everything about my college and it is very good

Placement Experience:

from 7th semester studentd are eligible for placement in companies like google microsoft cisco etc. the highest package is 51 lpa and average package is 3.5 lpa. percentage of students getting placed 70%. i plan to get a high package after comnpleting my degree

Likes

Faculty members are knowledgeable, supportive, and helpful in academics , exam, and projects. Teaching focuses on fundamentals and practical understanding
The campus has good classrooms , labs , library, and sports facilities .The environments is friendly and suitable for learning.
The placement cell is active and provides training for aptitudes, and interviews. The curriculum is relevant and helps builds a strong technical base.

Dislikes

Industry exposure and live projects opportunities can be improved .
More companies can be invited for placements
i don't thing there's anything i don't like now

1. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. 2. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and other IT/ services firms visit the campus regularly and make multiple offers. 3. The average package ranges between ?4-?5 LPA, while the highest package goes up to ?12 to18 LPA for top performers.

My college experience has been satisfied.The college provide a dicilled academic environment.

Dislikes

College infrastructure is good but need aware about to clean washrooms of college and need maintaince in lab.This is irrectculas.

In my opinion I chose this course because my some family members are also do this course and his placement is good in this sector how much he thinks he gets . Therefore I do this course and his placement in our city this is also quite enough to chose this course and mainly I didn't score good marks in jee to get other branches this is also one of region.

Likes

The clubs in the college are good. There are specific club for coding , for robotics, for music and dance.
The placement in the college is also good . If you give some efforts then you will get a good placement.
The curriculum and syllabus of the college is up-to-date and industry oriented.

Dislikes

The college did not have its own campus, so currently it regulates from inside MANIT.
The girls to boys ratio is very poor. In my batch there are only 18 girls among 650 students.
The fees of the college is also very high

Placement Experience:

The college have good placements as far as I got to know. The highest package was 8500000 lpa last year and average package was 1900000 lpa. My plan after the degree is to get god job in ECE cire company.

I really like cleanliness in washroom and also in the college. I really like trees in college.
Faculty was really good and my subject teacher was teaching in a right way.
In this college the boys and girls in the ratio of 3:1.

Dislikes

Uniform is not allow in this college. I have no many clothes to wear day by day.
I don't like college timing. In winter season timing was not good.
Our campus is very small. And college fest is very less in this college.

Placement Experience:

In 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visited in this college like Wipro, Cisco, infosys, etc. Highest package in this college is 20 lakhs. Average package is 5 lakhs My plans after getting the degree is getting good job.

No strict policy for maintaining 75% attendance criteria but you should maintain at least of 60%
No dress code you can wear casual dresses to in the class but you will have to wear formals only in

Dislikes

The class length is very high and there are 80 students In a class in the class size is small and congested
The infrastructure is very bad as it won't providing basic necessity

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college are decent as the average package is of 6.5 LP which is good as compared to the fees you are paying almost 90% of a students gets placedd from here the companies including TCS and Wipro come here

My college is good and the placements and the package is also good

Faculty are very sportive and my batch mentor sir in very sportive

Washroom and not in well conditions and watercolor is also not working
College timeing because the time is not fixed

The college student are eligible for placements when they are in 8 the sem because my mtech course is 5 years and when student clear the 7 the sem they are eligible for set in placements and The college placements are good and the highest package is 1corore12 lakh and the average packages is 6 to 7 lakh

Placement Experience:

Placements in college are quite good if we compare them with other similar state government engineering colleges. It has a separate TPO (training and placement office) cell which helps students in their placements. Some quite good companies like TCS and Wipro visit the campus for placements. Around 40% of students get placed every year. The highest being 11 LPA. Core competencies the lowest 3.5 LPA salary offered in IT sector companies. Reliance, LNT, Infosys were the top recruiters. Every year students go for internships in BHEL NTPC etc. Companies ( around 30%) Other 70% students go for local transmission plant as the internship is compulsory for everyone. Students organize cultural activities.
