My college Review

Overall my experience with silveroak college was really good,but as I have mentioned earlier they should focus more on practical approach. They should add practical exams which are based on real life problems,so that they get chance to gain industry knowledge

Course curriculum was quite good in my college. In first year they teach you basic subjects that play role of bridge from 12th standard to persuing college subjects Later on with the semester subjects got detailed and advanced. In my opinion course should be more practical. Exam structure : 2 mid term and 1 final university exam per semester.

When it comes to placement, I can proudly say that my college does provides one the best placements opportunities in the town. More than 130+ IT companies came to offer job and students from remote location realy got good placements. My college does provide opportunities of an internship. It does provide chance to explore real world problem solving and gain industry knowledge Stipend was the factor which varies from student to student as it was based on skills and knowledge.

Talking about celebration, my college was one such perfect place for students as all the festivals were celebrated on campus where students and faculties both used to take part. The annual function of my college "Junoon", was the most awaited event as on that day not only students but faculties and principal used to participate and show their talent. Apart from that Independence Day, Republic day, various college days were the big attractions.

Fees structures of my college was bit expensive when it comes to financialy average of below average students. Total fess for 1 years was 70,000 INR. Devided in 2 semesters. Apart from that every 3 years it went up with increase of 10%.

My college management used to dedicate perticular amount for scholarships for financialy backward students and highly skilled students. Based on students merit and financial need, college used to provide 6k-50k amount of scholarships.

My college's authority has totally taken care of extracurricular activities, sport days and entrepreneur events Every year, in February month sport week was organized with various sports. To encourage and grow skill of students, they started incubation center to develop startup skills for students. Overall it was one of the best institution with lots of opportunities

Alumnis are important part of college and they understand the importance of the same. Last month my college arranged alumni meeting, where I got opportunity to meet my professors and collegemates. I also got the advantage of exchanging information about industry and future technologies.

All the facilities were highly qualified and expert in their own subjects. The striking feature of facilities was they maintain theory and lab sessions simantaneously, which is much more important as both the aspects should be run in parallel.
