I choose this course since I am an sea and a adventure lover which will be fulfilled this particular course. In this university real life chief engineers who have years of experiences are teaching us and also they share their stories to us which happend onboard.

Internship opportunities are either provided by the respective departments or we can choose the company to go for on our own. We are given on duty till the date with no attandance lost. Maximum duration is one month. This provides us with better understanding of the subject that we are learning.

There are plenty of placement opportunities provided by the college. Amet is the only college around here that has the placement opportunities right from the beginning. And if in case you are not placed in any company even the completion of the course the college management take the initiative to make us get placed by making us attend the upcoming interview.

As for the fees structure of BE MARINE ENGINEERING yearly it take 3,20,000 and additional exam fees of about above 2000 to below 5000. There are several scholarship schemes based on different criteria and girls have separate scholarship of 1,00,000 from the government. For complete course the fees would cover up to around 13,00,000. As for the upcoming academic year the fees are increasing.

As for the overall campus experience it is so for good both girls and boys are treated equally no one is superior to other . Each and every problem that a student have are addressed to the management and solved immediately. There are lots of clubs activities which helps us to improve the talent that one has.

Students are provided with better hostel facilities. Neat and tidy rooms and bathrooms for the usage of the students . They clean the hostel daily so no problem with that . Even if we have any queries regarding hostel they are ready to solve the problem.

The main reason I choose this collage because there are placement opportunities right from the beginning everyone are asked to attend the interview at the time of admission itself so basically we can get placed in the reputed companies. I tired for other colleges in Kerala but I was unable to clear the exams and hence I learned properly for this one and got in and as for to mention even now I am placed in one of the reputed company called Maersk.

Faculties are too good the teaching method is in such a way that every students can understand and also this is a collage where students from north is also learning so if you have problems in understanding english they are ready to teach in our mother tongue. Exams are easy to attend in this university as students are provided with all the study material they need for preparation.
