Pranav's College Life

The curriculum is purely related to the core of the course and those who have interest can definitely study and those you aren't interested in the course will suffer just like me. Every 6months there are internals and the semester exam They've changed all the faculties now and I hope the college will now have a drastic development

The final semester students are only eligible for placements and I've forgot the placement companies some of them were i.e Zara, Decathlon, Unilever, Bacca Bucci, and a lot more The highest package was 20 lpa but sadly no one got place in that company the highest placement was 8 or 9lpa ig Most of the students who attended placements got placed My plans are I'm gonna do mba and I'm preparing for cat rn

It costs about 2lakh of an average to complete a year and they course is of 4years and the total cost varies from 8lakh to 10 lakh There are scholarship schemes and financial aids are also accepted by any trust for a student The tution fee for my batch was around 70k and now it's been increased

This is what the best thing happened to me in the college. My friends and the campus life of hostel and every social activity was awesome, I loved everyone of my batchmates and I'll cherish the memories forever, it was fun with lots of fests and activities and sports weeks

There was so much freedom in the hostel we could go outside anytime and play in the ground till whatever time needed. The hostel food sucks I hope they changed the vendor and the cost was 18k when I was in hostel idk about now, They give you a cot a table a chair and a cupboard for yourself a decent hostel and a common bathroom for a floor which is more than sufficient

I applied to NIFT but I got my seat in shilong which was very far from my place and the next alternate was fddi chennai and I chose this course only because of my mom, and I had zero knowledge about what it was. That was the biggest mistake that I did, choosing the course with any research and prior knowledge about it

It consists of 8 semesters and every semester has an internal and a viva and the marking scheme are of percentage I suppose, a particular percentage from internals is considered and the remaining is of the semester Some faculties who taught me where not knowledgeable The faculties are friendly tho Most of the students pass the exams
