Boys : girls ratio 16:1 and the class surrounding area good and calm very nice
There are so many programs and we can enjoy a lot
There is a garden a library all are good

Dislikes

Lack of hygiene is there sometime And also some faculties are not good

Course Curriculum Overview

Teaching methods are cool and good and as we are masters we need to take seminars because that's part of our studies and ner to do assignment seminar etc Teachers need to be improved and their strategy need to improve Each 6 months we have exam and it's difficult not at all easy

Class Size: 17Course Fees: INR 1500000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As it a management seat inhave to pay 70000 to get the seat and as for the admission 9000? Caution deposit 1000? No lab fees For management seat it is 70000 Exam fees for each sem -1000 Tution fees 2000 For OBC students exam fee is only 30? And tution fee is same for everyone

Campus Life

There are so many clubs and many types of sports activities nss is there ncc is there and so many other activities are there nature club maths club social club etc The extra curricular activities are good and improve the mind off students

Admission

JiI applied so many colleged but I didn't get admission so that I go there and it's just an ok ok college that's all Admission process is based on merit based Eligibility is just only 50% of marks in graduation

Faculty

Faculties are good and freindly but some of them are not at all good in teaching they just come and go .didn't come daily didn't complete syllabus waste some of them very good and excellent in behaviour and teaching Exam are internal exam out of 40 two internal exam are there and at last a sem exam out of 150 It's a bit difficult and pass mark is 60

The best college for study

Course Curriculum Overview:

Obviously this physics course is tough but the influence of the teachers and other staff made us too motivated and the systematic exam schedule helped us to complete our portion before the exams and there is some more time for the revision purpose.. There teaching method are so useful and they treat us so politely and in friendly nature. So its too easy to clear doubt and feel comfortable to ask them and clear anything.. Life at IITPKD

Remarks:

JEE Rank was the main factor. The facilities like hostel, labs, etc mentioned in the IIT Palakkad website. During the allotment process, one senior girl student of my branch contacted me and cleared all my doubts whether it was small or big, placement details, etc. After the rankings were released, based on the previous years cut-off ranks, I was able to get a fair idea about the colleges I would be able to join among all the IITs, NITs, IIITs. Based on JEE Mains rankings, NIT or IIITs can be chosen. Based on JEE Advance ranking, IIT can be chosen. Also, 2 mock allotment will take place which gives a fair idea of which allotment we will get. These mock allotment will be based on our preferences. We can change them after the mock. Then the actual allotment will start. Once we finalise our preferences and lock them, there will be 7 rounds of allocation. 3 options will be given in each round-Float, Freeze,Slide (details will be clearly mentioned in the website). Once you are allocated a seat in any round, document verification will take place (seat acceptance fee must be paid at this stage).

There was no entrance examination for entering the course , mostly they consider marks and there are reservation benefits for some students. The admission application form can be downloaded from online portals fmor directly approaching the college . Exams usually occurs within 6 months but there is a big delay for supplimentary exams for failed students, mostly 1 year delay...Read More
