What Students Say

Likes

I mostly like my university cricket ground and badminton cord wherever we play together
And also I like library , i.e; well maintained and lab are good
Faculties are good but Shashank sir and mohan sir are too cooperative

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not too good but I say it's rating is 2.5 out of 5.

I have to choose this course because my future decision is depend on it , in future I want to do mca from any higher college like nit . I have experience in coding.so I choose this course.i have to suggest about coding languages to strong the Java and python. U have to strong command on it ..

Many of the companies like TCS ,Wipro , jspiders,capegemini, and many more for placement and internships yeah available opportunities for internship overall all is good but some students are not placed

Placement Experience

The placement are good in our college. If no campus placement is offered for me then I have a strong idea i have to take participate in hackathon and also a great connection in linkedin so some jobs are taken ..

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of bca is in yearly wise is 90000 with including test fee and scholarship for jharkhand students is through e Kalyan portal and some financial supports in our college like finance system and also support loan from HDFC bank.

Campus Life

The overall experience of my college is good not high campus life is not too good as like to other colleges infrastructure is not too good .but faculties and extra curricular activities is good.annual fests are organised by college in December month only 1 time.

Admission

Before it I wanna to try jee mains for btech from nit but unfortunately I don't take it because I have low percentile in this . Like something 84 so I have changed my mind and taking the bca course. Direct admission in this college . I haven't rejected from any colleges.

Faculty

The faculty relationship to students in my department is good but I would say about sharmishtha roy our HOD is strictly behaves with anybody but some teachers are cool like Shashank sir, the teacher which I like most. Overall exams are good like test exams is good . I have not attended any annual semester exam so I have no experience about it.

There are two timing shifts of exam morning and afternoon shift , mba students may have 2 exams in one day . The curriculum does not prepares you for real world application's. Need some internships and industrial exposure through college

I don't think that we can get placement from this college. And if students are practicing by their own they can get off campus palcement after 2nd year . 40% of students only get placement or less than that . After getting BCA degree I would like to go for MCA

A good college for a student who is from not so good background.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is offered to students who are in their final year. Capable students can easily crack the placement. A decent package is provided of an average of 2-3 lakhs per annum. The highest package offered is about 7LPA. Many different companies visit the college during the placement period offering a good package. Companies like Infosys, cognizant, Wipro, puma, ceat, Flipkart, etc visit the college for placement. At least 70-78% of students get placed and a rapid improvement is seen in the placement graph of the college.

Placements are really good for my department. From Semester 4 th you all are ready to get placed as company visits in an even semester. The companies visited are DeloitteUsi, Capgemini, Tcs, Wipro, EY, and Byjus many more...you just need to be attentive. The highest package till now is 10 lpa and the average is 3 lpa And there are placement coordinators who help you in guidance. Almost 75 to 80 percent gets placed with low to average packages.

I applied on various government colleges like BHU ,OUAT And various private colleges like Netaji Subhash university, jamshedpur . In BHU the eligibility criteria for taking agriculture was to have maths in higher secondary and I was not having that In ouat the counselling process was very late.
