Course Curriculum Overview

4

As per new guidelines from nmc, curriculum have been modified . Serving people and saving lifes have influenced me a lot to pursue this course The new guidelines have enabled students to interact more with patients and professors which makes a better doctor

Internships Opportunities

4

Internship is offered in our college. Students from other colleges can also enroll internship in our college. The medicos are thoroughly taught Many medicos prefer kurnool ggh to complete their internship. Intern students are provided with stipend

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm paying 15000 yearly as a tuition fees. During admission process 15k is payed as caution deposit and the amount will be credited back after completion of your degree. Every student will be paying 15000? from all the categories as tuition fees Many scholarships have been provided to many students

Campus Life

3

College fests are rare but students are welcomed with grand freshers party which is organised by our seniors, vinayaka chavithi is celebrated for 9 days with different themes in respective hostels Library have access to all subject books with different authors Sports and extracurricular activities offered on campus are less

Hostel Facilities

2

Rooms have adequate light with good electricity Every batch have seperate blocks to avoid ragging Road facilities are poor, no parking areas for scooters Food quality and maintenance is not bad. Hostel does not provide wifi

Admission

I didn't apply for any other college. My first preference was kurnool medical college Being an old college , most of the neet aspirants prefer this college The eligibility criteria is passing with 50% in 12th board exams and getting all india rank below 10k based on your category Neet is the only entrance exam students must write to get in this college

Faculty

4

The faculty to student ratio is 1:10 Faculty are very friendly. Highly experienced and qualified doctors. Every professor is perfect in their own way. There will be 1 final exam at the end of every academic year apart from that 3 exams are conducted internally by departments

Other Applied Colleges

Andhra Medical College | Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)

The curriculum that we follow us CBME curriculum. That reflects the clinical knowledge blended with the general knowledge of mbbs and this curriculum suits us in terms of many applications to the practice of medicine. The difficulty level is increased for the final exams but it is good for the competition that increased in these days.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1}the specific aspect that influenced my decision are my parent and relatives who hold the social stigma of being a doctor can give a secured life whereas nowadays doctor is one of the most vulnerable profession due to the incidents that are happening recently 2}the cirriculum is not great for students when it comes to the topic of facing real world situations as being in pvt.college doesnt exopse us to vasr amount of patients and mostly the graduates dont know how to deal with patients 3}the areas that should need an improvement is in imrpoving dissection hall facilities and posting lessers members in a sysytematic way to give time for each and every student a better exposure to the patients 4}the frequency of exams is adequate enough for an above avg student to cope up with the burdensome and vast syllabus but it might be diffucult for a below avg student and my perspective of the difficulty level is somewhat tough and stressful

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually MBBS is structured in such a way that it helps students step by step to learn.. it's anything but perfect .. I am not in a position to suggest but when we are exposed to this vast world in first year which is entirely new to us,it is difficult for us to adjust. We step by step start learning to accommodate in this new world and by the time we adjust and start reading first year comes to and end and then only running,we don't have time to atleast cover our basics so that we can continue for further 3 years.. basics when we aren't aware of we can't confidently go into next years syllabus, but if we try studying basics in the next year we will be again lagging the next year syllabus and cycle goes on.. Mental pressure is the most common that we all feel and for relieving we don't have anything,no cultural activity,no sports,nothing.. that is why many are getting on the wrong side and getting addicted to phone, movies, other addictions
