- I like peer to peer mentoring service which college provides.
- I like the way of teaching of the faculty, they have so knowledge and they do their best to teach us in every possible way.
- I like the infrastructure of the college we have our own block for the respective branches , we have a very spacious ground and a auditorium.
Dislikes
- Things I don't like in my college is the washroom facilities, it's not hygienic.
- Things I don't like in my college is that we don't have a waiting room for our department.
- I don't like that we don't have many social activities which engages us in interactions.
Course Curriculum Overview
As my both brothers done their bachelor in technology and I'm interested to pursue the same and as for the branch I thought I will be in a good position if I choose CSE since it is the one in demand right now although some situations are going on. I really want to be a software developer and I think this college will give me the knowledge and opportunity to fulfill my dream.
Placement Experience
There is college placements.For placements from third year itself which means sixth semester are eligible . The following companies have visited UST global, Realpage and Accenture. The average package is 4.5 lpa and the highest package is 25 lpa based on roles they offer . And my plan is to get placed in placements since my family cannot afford higher education and the percentage of placements if 80%.
Fees and Financial Aid
I'm a lateral entry I joined in second year of b.tech and I paid 77500 for tution fee including jntu and nba fee and I paid 11000 for admission. I'll be getting 35000 as reimbursement as I'm BC-B category.For SC and ST they'll be getting full reimbursement which means 107000.For regulars same as me they should pay 775000 and they'll get reimbursement and scholarship of 5000. For management they should pay 120000
Campus Life
We have many clubs like IEEE , CSI which are academic and other clubs like music, drama and etc. It's our own choice to join any club . We do have many fests like freshers , traditional day and farewell. We have weekly activities in which they conduct exams , hackathons and coding activities and many more. We have volleyball, cricket, kabaddi, chess as sports we can even attend tournaments based on our skills.
Admission
As I've done diploma then I should write ECET which is an entrance exam for b.tech . I've done my best in the exam and I got a pretty good rank too. In the first phase of college I've done my research about top colleges in Hyderabad for b.tech and somewhere I also saved a small college option which I got , that college is not that good for me to study in terms of facilities and teaching. For second phase I selected this GNITC as my 8th option where I've selected only 10 colleges and based my rank I got into this college which is very good and we have very good placement opportunities .
Faculty
The ration of faculty to student must be 1:10 and they do teach us with immense knowledge and with patience. Ofcourse they are approachable we just need to pick the right time . One sir I really like the way of teaching of Arun Singh sir who taught Information Security currently teaching Artificial intelligence . We have 2 semesters per year and for one semester we have 2 mid exams and we also have lab exams . We do have non credentials subjects which we must pass in the exams .
