Course Curriculum Overview

2

The course curriculum is pretty relevant but it does not prepare you for the real world, the only thing worse than the curriculum is the faculty, the frequency of the exam is pretty well placed and their difficulty too

Fees and Financial Aid

the college is 250000 and as far the fee i paid does not include and caution fees, admission fees, development fees, it only includes the tuition fee there is a 2500rupee sem examination fee and there is financial aid system for students scoring above 9 gpa

Campus Life

1

There are a plethora of clubs available but not work as all their activities are what feels like banned, there is non existent social life in the campus and the area surrounding the campus, there are no events held within the campus while the other campus of the University has plenty of them

Admission

The reason i took this college is because i felt this would be chill as it is a new campus and all, i did get other colleges like Chandigarh University and gitam University but i choose this as i wanted to explore more

Faculty

3

The faculty to student ratio is very poor considering there is a shortage of all faculty and there are hardly 2-3 good faculty across the university, the exams are pretty easy to clear, most faculty are approachable based of your speaking skills but the hod both are unreachable unless you are a girl

Other Applied Colleges

Placement Experience:

Initially back in 2014 when I passed out, the placement opportunities provided were not many. However they had good placement co-ordinators. I believe the placements have improved now. Many companies visited back then, like HP, Infosys etc. However, students were also encouraged to take part in Pool Campus interviews to get hired. Highest package was around 4 lakhs per annum for freshers. Only around 15-20 percent of students got placed through the college.

From 6th sem you can sit for placement. About 100+ companies visit and 200+ offers are made. More info you get in official website. You can trust official website. Don't worry about placement in RVCE. You work hard and you will get good placement. My plan right now is to go for masters in IISc. Almost all students are placed unless they opt for higher studies.
