Overall the college is great and college life is also amazing but with some demerits mentioned earlier

Our branch provide real world applications of civil engineering by taking us on site visit regularly One thing I would say about the improvement of course curriculum is that there should be proper lab works teaching for students but most of our lab equipment are damaged . Our question level are easy because the question are asked only from our notes that are taught in our classes

College provide 2 month internship opportunities both in 3rd and 4th year Also there is major and minor project available in 4th year under the guidance of branch teachers. College also hosts some cultural events which includes essay writing and quiz competition and seminar for college students

From 6th sem students are eligible for campus recruitment drive . Placement offers are quite good in our college Avg. Package is 60000 Highest package ever in our college in cse branch is 24000 Around 70 - 75 % students get placed in our college every year

Total yearly fees-28700 (for civil, mechanical & electrical branch) This total fees of 28000 includes: 1- Development fee-7000 2- internet fee-1000 3- lab fee -1500 4- site visit -600 5- ssg-100 6- students activities -1500 7- Training & placement -5000 8- Tution fee -12000 For TFW category students total fees is Rs16700 Scholarship - 1-Post matric scholarship : Sc-40000/yr, ST -45000/yr,EWS-23700/yr 2- e- medhabruti(for gen category only)- 20000/yr These are all state scholarships provided by govt. Campus life is quite interesting We have many clubs for students extra curricular activities improvement. I am a member of entrepreneurship cell club in our college. Internet facilities are also provided in hostel and college sections.

Our hostel fees cost around 46000/yr. Mess food is quite good. We have both veg and non veg meals every day We register for our college through college portal and the selection process is based on the current cgpa wise There are many rented rooms available near our college which costs around 2000-3000per months

I have mostly applied for state government btech college in odisha Lucky that i got in civil engineering of igit . Our college ranks 3rd in odisha government technical college . I couldn't get vssut and outr due to my low score in jee main Our college accept admission through jee main score and ojee score

The student to faculty ratio is quite good actually also there are some guest lecturer who's work is to provide doubt clear other than normal class. I actually like mostly ritwik sir and our respected hod Tushar sir. I actually like them bcuz of their teachings style and friendly nature towards students. I don't like some teachers but i wouldn't like to name them because it will be a disrespect towards them. We have 2 internal exam before each sem . In a year we have 2 sem . Most of the questions are easy because the question comes from our notes only.
