Course Curriculum Overview

4

MBBS curriculum focuses on both theory and practical experience and it gives equal importance to both of them. It’s important for building the solid foundation. Early hands-on training in hospitals helps prepare students for real-world medical situations. Moreover, involving students in community health projects can broaden their understanding of patient care. Exams are conducted by the NTR University and health sciences and the difficulty level usually includes moderately difficult

Internships Opportunities

3

Internship in MBBS is usually done in the hospital. They should work in the hospital in the respective departments and stipend is very low because it is a private college. Usually for private colleges stipend per month is around 10,000 where as in government colleges it is around 20,000

Fees and Financial Aid

For free seat students Yearly tution fee includes 16000 along with the transportation fee which is 20000 and for records it's 5000. So 41500 is the college fee. It might vary with the college and may be it may change based on the government. For the 1st year we should pay more than 1 lakh for the maintenance fee, caution deposit, library fee and all those extra fees but from second year till the completion of the course the fee is about 41500. For B-cat students Tution fee includes 13,50,000 along with 41,500. Hostel fee for every student is 1,39,000 and it will vary for different batches according to the college. Scholarship is applicable only for the A-cat students who have white ration card and get other benefits from the government.

Campus Life

3

Fests usually includes college anniversary and sports meet. Many other fests like teacher's day celebrations, yoga day celebrations and many other important days are celebrated but a minimum fests are conducted Library ia very big and contains many books including standard books which are crucial for mbbs Classes are held in ac rooms with digital technology teaching and usually taught with power point presentations Extracurricular activities includes gym, badminton hall, cricket ground, basketball ground, auditorium and many other

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel rooms are allotted 3 people per room which is spacious along with the windows and mosquito repellents. For the students who want ac there are ac rooms and non AC rooms which are optional Meal quality is pretty average and it is maintained by the Sodexo Hostel fee is usually around 1.5 lakhs which is a bit affordable and reasonable for one year

Admission

I have applied to many other colleges but the government decides the college according to our score and rank of NEET examination I haven't rejected by any other colleges. I just got into MIMS For entering into a medical College student should face the NEET examination and the score and rank in that exam decides the college. Eligibility for the NEET examination is 18 year and they should pass the 12 board examinations Cutoffs for 2023 batch includes General -551 and the other categories includes less than 550 marks

Faculty

4

Usually every department contains adequate number of professors ranging from 5-7 and for 200 students it will be easy to approach them Staff is student friendly and they clear doubts during anytime with no hesitation I personally liked the anatomy faculty cause they are little bit serious towards the studies and at the same time they guide us in the exam point of view There will be three internal examinations for whole year in which 2 internals should be passed. The proff exams are completely held by the University of the respective State Mbbs is usually a very tough course the amount of subject is too vast. So the passing percentage will be around 65% .

Course Curriculum Overview:

1}the specific aspect that influenced my decision are my parent and relatives who hold the social stigma of being a doctor can give a secured life whereas nowadays doctor is one of the most vulnerable profession due to the incidents that are happening recently 2}the cirriculum is not great for students when it comes to the topic of facing real world situations as being in pvt.college doesnt exopse us to vasr amount of patients and mostly the graduates dont know how to deal with patients 3}the areas that should need an improvement is in imrpoving dissection hall facilities and posting lessers members in a sysytematic way to give time for each and every student a better exposure to the patients 4}the frequency of exams is adequate enough for an above avg student to cope up with the burdensome and vast syllabus but it might be diffucult for a below avg student and my perspective of the difficulty level is somewhat tough and stressful

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually MBBS is structured in such a way that it helps students step by step to learn.. it's anything but perfect .. I am not in a position to suggest but when we are exposed to this vast world in first year which is entirely new to us,it is difficult for us to adjust. We step by step start learning to accommodate in this new world and by the time we adjust and start reading first year comes to and end and then only running,we don't have time to atleast cover our basics so that we can continue for further 3 years.. basics when we aren't aware of we can't confidently go into next years syllabus, but if we try studying basics in the next year we will be again lagging the next year syllabus and cycle goes on.. Mental pressure is the most common that we all feel and for relieving we don't have anything,no cultural activity,no sports,nothing.. that is why many are getting on the wrong side and getting addicted to phone, movies, other addictions
