- Facility for counsellor, both faculty and students have facility for opt to free counselling sessions for therapy over multiple personal problems
- There are multiple numbers of workshops and research paper are being conducted on regular basis.
- The attendence criteria is not very strict, 60% attendence is also fine
Dislikes
- The teacher here not not supportive at all,the managment is worst also so support if you are average student.
- the quality of crowd is very bad, as multiple people belongs to management qouta, hence the quality hence placement is bad
- the exams for which they teach is completely different what exactly comes in
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculam is very hectic, they just want student to be busy, they doesnt care about real life skill development, they just want to focus on endsem prelim unit and insem loop. they doesnt even give a good amount of time after exams as abreak. maximum 15 days ,so there is very less time for student to pay time in extra activities.
Placement Experience
The college has centrlized placement cell for its 4 college fo the common trust, Hence the competition is very high. The average placement is like 4 LPA and many still get less than 3LPA. so placement is very pathetic, but yeah company does visits for campus placemnets but many people are rejected due to lack of skills. The highest package was 64LPA by UBER but that person found it off campus nearly 50% student gets placed. remaining student goes for masters of remain unemployed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college is present in Laxminagar ravet. The tution fee for first year is 1,17,000/- for General Category. Also the tution fee for ST/SC category student is approximately 4000/- as they get scholarship from university of pune. Also if they are from Maharashtra there hostel expense is also reimbursed by the university. Many of my batchmates from ST/SC are studying just at 4000/- year. Yes the management qouta works here, for CS department the fees for managment qouta is 500000/- plus the regular fees for 4 years according to category. Also after first sem every time 1000/- is taken is examination fee per semester by university. And apart from it there are multiple expenditures on stationary by student that would cost upto max 2000 per semester. so overall the fees is less , but also the quality that they provide is also less, less placement and internships
Campus Life
The campus life is very doomed. Yes there ar multiple clubs and communities but every teacher does is to crave attendence and reject ideas of clubs. ALL range of books are availaibe is library from engg to mba to journals and papers/ the facility provided is very old school like no smart boards and no smart classromm the sports activity is also very doomed,
Admission
I applied to mulitple colleges like Symbiosis, MIT-WPU,PCCOE, but actually y rank was too low fow pccoer but from SYMBI, MIT-WPU it was like the ROI was not good, i wasnt getting appropirate branch. I didnt face multiple rejections just i did not limed the ROI of MIT and SYMBI rest these college were better , i realised it later that the college life student have of these colleges ar emuch better just MHT-CET or JEE-M is enough for admission
Faculty
So actually in a sem total 4 exams taken. INSEM, ENDSEM are those conducted by university o which we are affilated , SPPU. in insem 2 units is asked , in endsem 4 units. the exam is generallly moderate- easy. But apart from it unit test taken as prep for insem and prelim taken for endsem. so but a they said that such, they rush there syllabus alot, the life is very hectic, mulitple exzms lined up, still the managnent got no sense of when and how to keep exams. SO i only liked Amar shitole as professor for his extraordinary teaching , also i liked tushar gairkwad becoz he doesnt crave for attendence. faculties i dont like include,dipali shende because she is very annoying
