Remarks
I am quite neutral to comment on my college. But yes college life is amazing. You get know new people, new friends, you get involve in several things. You create some, and some you suggest some others. College life is the most memorable one.
Course Curriculum Overview
Though i was good student with the course corriculum, i don't like the structure as it is more into theory and not practical, as an engineer practical is way important then theory. I like the structure of course corriculum that are used in abroad, they r more into practicals.
Placement Experience
Again they are good. But each company want just 10-15 students, but we are like more then 700 students. Even Being an mechanical engineer, we would rush for IT companies. I think we deserve more of core companies.
College Events
Ya those were only things we would enjoy a lot, infact they were very helpful too. Some of them were soujon, zypher, cultural fest, tech fest, sports, tnters and intras etc. Some students would just not participate and sit at home.. They were so like no enthusiastic.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Ohh my god, this is the most genuine question. Fees is a lot lot more then one can expect. Fees of Engineering college is normally high, but our college's fees was like using 'expensive' word sounds very cheap.
Fees and Financial Aid
Not college but there was scholarship by Tata trust. But only limited seats for that, lile 10-12 students outof 800 students. There were not very much scholarships. I just missed it by some point under 1.
Campus Life
Yes there are many extracurricular activities in college, but due to the very long lecture hours, we would hardly get time to involve. But we would never miss whenever we would get time to. We would play sports, many art and crafts, and also some social things too lile teaching in government schools etc
Hostel Facilities
No i haven't. But i have lived the hostel in 11th and 12th. That was great experience. You are everything of ur own. Like u need to do everything by your own. And ir friends are just next door. Infact i would says friends would become our family at hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes yes they are very helpful. Infact i would say if u want to decide your future take advises from seniors, that is a must. You would get actual scenarios of your respe tive fields,either to study or have job, if study then what, where india or abroad. Etc
Faculty
Faculty was good. But the kind of support a student is suppose to get, that was not fulfilled. Most of the time we would run for signatures of faculty up and down for every assignment, practical, experiments and many other stuffs.
