Many events are organised here like sports event.
Our seniors and teachers are so much supportive.
The professor provide very good study materials and they teach really very good

The main campus of Mahatma Gandhi Central University is not ready yet.
The schedule of the exam is not confirmed.
Virtual labs are held in place of real lab work.

Course Curriculum Overview

Btech curriculum is here is good which make us ready for real world problems. Here practical are made through virtual labs ,here improvement is needed I have earlier mentioned the exam structure here.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Name of the companies are: •Mahindra finance •Wipro •TCS •Scotland bank The roles offered under internship with stipend are salesman,computer operator,web developer In Motihari engineering college we have done many projects and experiments.

Placement Experience

The placement of MGCU is very good. Infact our seniors all got placements or qualified the GATE exam and now they are studying MTech from IIT's and NIT's. The highest package of our college is 10-11 lakh per year .

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees of the course is 42616. The fees of my classmates for categories other than me is same. The scholarship that are available for students are NSP scholarship,UP scholarship,Bihar scholarship.

Campus Life

Our college does not provide any club involvement like coding club aur any other. The range and accessibility of books and journal available in Library is very good ,we can take any book from the library for the study.

Admission

I had applied for BBAU other than MGCU and got selected for the counseling but due to coinciding of the counciling dates of both colleges, I decide to come to MGCU for the counseling. For admission just give the CUET exam by taking Maths, physics, chemistry as the subject

Faculty

The faculties are very good. The ratio of faculty-to-student is 1:12. The faculty to student relationshil is very good and the faculties focus on the studies of the students. There are 4 exams in one semester, firstly the Test 1 then mid semester exam after that test 2 and then finally end semester exam.

Placement Experience:

In this college the placement record is not good .very few companies reach the college and offer very low package like 2.5 lpa. So the college staff should arrange the placement cell. After completing the course you should try off campus

Placement Experience:

The placement of this collage are not as good as it should have to be. Students gets as the average packlagge of around 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Branches like cse and ai also didnot get placements as it should have to be.Students depends on government vaccancies and offline placements like rozgar mela etc to got job. government should have to focus on these.

Genuine Review of Motihari Engineering College

Placement Experience:

From 6th semster you are eligible to sit in campus placement . There is companies like Infosys , TCS , De Walls Ads , Wipro, Congnizent, ACC visited our college for campus placements . They have limited offers with limited packages also they have some eligiblity criterias like students should have CGPA above than 7.5 . Highest package offered in our college is 13 LPA per annum by TCS for a CSE student and Average package is around 3.5 to 4 lakh per annum. There is highest placements in branches like CSE ,EEE andCIVIL. Other branches got less offeres. Totally 50 to 60 percentage students got placements from our college because majority lower branch students are preparing for government exams like SSC , UPSC, BPSC , DAROGA and GATE. My plans after getting the degree to go for highes studies (M.TECH) .

From 7 semester student become eligible for campus placements.there are many company visited like wipro, tata etc. Here highest packege is 9 lakh per annum. Here placement rate is 70%.Explore diverse options after B. tech, including software development, data science, and cybersecurity in private and government sectors. You can consider advanced degrees like MTech, MBA in IT, or PhD if you are wondering what to do after a BTech.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students become eligible for cmpus placements . Thera are a few companies like HCL, TCS, Wipro, Infosys , Cisco ,Figma ,ACC and so on visited our college for campus placement but limited offers . Percentage of placements is arround 60 % which is very low but students are trying there best . Higher package was 12.4 LPA by Infosys as SDE and avrage package of 4 LPA. My plans are not taking plaement , I am preparing for gate 2027 .

Top engineering college of bihar with low cost

Placement Experience:

The placement of college is average and the average package is 5 lps. Mostly sales company visit here and give the placement. The highest package was 10 lpa last year. In core branch the placement is quite low and most of the student prepared for gate examination from 2 year. I also prepared for gate and joining mtech programme in IIT. The percentage of placement is approx 60% . The company visit here for civil engineering is Ecospace private limited, Captain steel india, Patel engineering limited. For other branch, TCS, Anemo prime, technook etc.

Placement Experience:

The placement is not so good but if you work hard about study then you will be selected for campus placement. Many companies visit here. 40 percentage students approx get placement. I have to clear competitive exams after it.

Remarks:

Positive:- Very Good college and working very hard to become one of best college of Bihar. Negative:- Very few faculty of civil engineering in our College, the lab facility for 3rd and 4th year student is not available at all.

Remarks:

College is very good at studies. The teachers are really responsible. The hostels are not provided. Also my college do have its own building. But yes the bus is provided for nearby students which really helps in transportation which compromise the unavailable of hostel.
