My experience in Dr. Harisingh Gour Central University, Sagar MP.

It is very good in academics but it's infrastructure is very bad for every single problem they will make you wander between Dean office and central office. It's sports facilities are very good even great and in academics it tops the whole state.

My course curriculum is very good. Here in every semester there are 2 mid semester exam in which 1st mid is like a test and 2nd one is assignment these 2 mid semester exam are of 20 marks each then you have end semester exam of 60 marks. Then your result will be processed

Placements and jobs are here only in B.Pharm which is pretty good and some low placements are here in BCA which are not upto the mark but university is very good, it could get you any government job. My college does not provide internship at all.

There is photography event in the university in which canon or Nikon team comes and tells you how to click a photograph. Here one event known as 'aksharkulam' in which any student can participate in various literary and cultural events. Literary events contain poetry, story writing, debate, black out poetry and many more while cultural events contain Group dance, solo singing, solo dance, soliloquy, graffiti, poster making etc.

It is very feasible. Its annual fee is around ? 5000 for any BSc while for B.Pharm it's fee is around ? 20000 per year. For BCA its fee is around 30000? per year. For BA LLB its fee is around 15000? per year. For BA it's fee is around 4500? per year and for BCom its fee is around 8000? per year.

Well it's fee is very low so I don't think anyone would need to apply for a line but college does offer loan to every students and offer scholarship to the students of OBC and SC/ST beside the central and state scholarship program.

For extracurricular activities, university itself has its '??? ?????' in which various types of sport facilities are provided. Even hostel has its own ground to play any sports. Upto the national level students go from here.

Hostel infrastructure is pretty good. Facilities are available. And its fee is around 300? per month which is very much less than any other private hostel which are in this city plus greenery here is very much and it is admirable.

Alumni are very helpful. One of the greatest alumni from here is OSHO, you must have heard of them. Even the Kumar Vishwas studied here for 6 months. Many alumni are from here are in the field of Geology and Forensic.

Faculty of my university is very good in academics. Infact, this year in UPSC GSI exam AIR 1 and AIR 2 are from my university. Every department is best. Here subject choices are more than anywhere else you could opt any combination of subject which is suited to you.
