Likes

I liked the teachers the fellow students
I like the infrastructure and the placement cell
I like that it's close to where I live and travel is easy

Dislikes

I don't like the fact that there are so less girls in mechanical
I don't like that there are no petrol bunks nearby
I don't like the fact that there's always traffic

Course Curriculum Overview

The subjects thought in the course and by our faculty is upto date with our industry standards and the college also supports us in getting interships so that we have even Industry knowledge and not only book knowledge

Internships Opportunities

As I'm in first semester I still haven't got any internship opportunities but from what I heard from my seniors after completion of second year we will get many opportunities despite the branch we are in and a significant stipend is given if we are worthy of it

Placement Experience

The placement of college is not that good but compared to other colleges it's the best option available if we have good academic scores and a couple of skills we have a placement at our hand for sure especially for my branch placement opportunities are available

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees per year is 90000 and it is consistent for the four years of the course i have selected and I we do have scholarships but it requires certain exams and certain documents for which I'm not qualified

Campus Life

The social aspects of my college are good there are a variety of clubs in our college from drama club to robotics club there are others also available and the infrastructure is very good it's not the best but it's good for me , I feel happy to study like this

Admission

I choose this college because it is a good knowledge and more importantly it is a vtu affiliated college this will help me if I want to go abroad and one more reason is that my entrance exams didn't go well and hence I didn't get a good rank

Faculty

The student to faculty ratio is 5:1 we have 8 semesters in each semester there are around 8 subjects each semester we will have two internal tests and one end semester test it's graded on a CGPA system

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Deloitte, Oracle and many tech companies like them are in agreement with our college for placements. Our college has a great placements opportunities as even after so many CSE students, 70% students every year gets placed with packages as high as 30 lakhs even.

Placement Experience:

students can be eligible for placements from 3rd year only, many companies have visited the college like TATA,Accenture and many other.The highest package for this year is about 19 lakhs , average package is about 3 lakhs,talking about the percentage our college has 77% of the college placements, i am planning to pursue higher education after my graduation

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

Though i needed cse with cybersecurity but i didnt get it so i went with Robotics and ai. In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year

Placement Experience:

From the 6th and 7th semester students are eligible gor campus placements. Students are asked to apply for the campus placements from the career development department of the college according to the marks. Some companies visited are like jspider, qspider, Xworkz, kodnest, Infosys, 3 q sutantra, toyota, triveni,idea infinity,edgeverve, eton ,dfm technology, tata elaxi, enventure and many more. And highest package in 8 to 12 LPA. The students are placed according to the companies requiments min 20 students are placed outof 50 students My plan is to get a good, high paying job after completing my graduation.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

Unlocking Excellence

I had applied to cambridge college of engineering. But i got admitted to Vemana institute of technology. icjoose this college over other because of the college environment which was very disciplined. No i did not get rejected.There i did not like the college environment. Based on CET results the seats will be alloted first and then for managemnt seats.
