- Washrooms are not high rated, need to take care of it
- Cafeteria is outrated, need to develop the campus also
- All the faculty are good at teaching but they are very few phd’s, maximum of the faculty are post graduates.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum will be given by JNTU itself because DRK is affiliated to JNTUH. But for few faculty they don't know how to handle the subject. Sometimes they will manage by confusing us by saying that they already thought, but they won't. Only few know how to manage like vardhini mam and gnaneswar sir. There are few faculty they won't support us and if we question they will deduct the internal marks.
Internships Opportunities
Our college principal is connected with few professors from IIT Kharagpur and IIT Gowhathi, so he trying very hard to give the opportunities to all the students on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Fees and Financial Aid
Actually, DRK offer 46000 reimbursement for the students per year , so overall 4 years they offer 1.84L after the deduction of reimbursement we need to pay 12k per year to JNTU for university charges and we need to pay 15k for 1st year for library chargers lab chargers and all included. From 2nd year there won't be 15k charges but we need to pay examination fee it's about 1600 per year....(all this for seat secured students) For management students : They need to pay 60k per year, for total of 4 years, there won't be any donations in the college.... They need to pay admission fee library fee and lab fee everything is common like others.
Campus Life
During the academic year, the college will celebrate orientation day, freshers party, Bathukamma event, Independence Day, Republic Day, Sankranthi event, signature day, New year, sports day, graduation day and farewell day. College celebrates all the events and ensures the safe and security of all the students. We also had different clubs for Dance, sports and all other extra curricular activities where students can participate according to their interests. The colleges management is very strict at anti raging committee and discipline committee.
Admission
I have applied for different colleges after my EAMCET results but I didn't reached their eligibility criteria because my rank was around 40K, so I have got seat, during the second round again I applied for few colleges there I got seat in DRK college, comparatively other colleges are best but I got seat here so I joined here. If you have 40K rank in EAMCET then you can be in DRK, if you come through management seat then you need to have >60% from intermediate.
Faculty
This one is subjected to (2018 to 2022), At that time there would be around 25 faculty for more than 600 students, The faculty are very supportive and the relationship between student and teacher is like friends. All time they will support even if we had doubts at nights we used to call then and ask and without any word they used to clear that. I like kanaka vardhini mam, who is the HOD of CSE dept, she is angle for us and teaches Java in super cool way . There is a sir called Rathod, in civil department, I don't know what he teaches in the class, he came for us for a subject out of 60 people in our class 40+ got failed. Maximum in every sem there will be 4 practical's and 4 theory subjects
